Trans mods for shifting

Recently rode a ktm and can hold the bike wfo and shift up without letting off or using the clutch. My yz250 will not do that. Is there any transmission mods I can do to be able to shift up while holding throttle wfo?

I had my CRF450R engine done years ago by Yoshimura, others offer it, too. It made shifting buttery smooth --- worth some research.

Polish the star wheel, use 10w-40 not atf.

Depends on year, but KTM has electronic shift interupt. 

You'll never get that shifting without it.
