I tried my hand at comparing Deegan’s first eight 450 races to those of the last five multi-time Lites MX champs. I wrestled with what metrics to use and how to create them for the opposition strength slides. I settled with two relatively simple ones. Quick conclusion is Deegan’s competition has been stiffer than any other multi time lites champ has seen. Plenty of other metrics to dig even further though.
Total overall wins faced at round one is the amount of wins from everyone on the gate prior to the evaluated riders’ debut.

In before Don Julio/Deegan Realist/MX Fo Fiddy responds and ruins this thread...It was starting out to be a fairly quiet week and now you had to go and do this😂....
Going to be a bunch of bedbugs in this thread saying stuff like, “yeah but if (something that has never happened and is completely hypothetical) then Haiden would actually be considered the fastest guy and this website would explode.”
Can’t hide when the stats are right in front of you like this.
i go by wins and laps led.....Deegs has a donut.....nada.....zero.....zilch.....nothing.....all hype.....

Honestly by your posting history you go by emotion....not unlike your friend that will be here shortly....
Deegan has been really good... But the Huntah Brothers, or are we calling them the Aliens now?... are too damn good for anyone to be beating them.
I don't see it changing any time soon, AND Lucas is going to make it even tougher next year.
While statistically, there were a LOT of wins on the line at RD 1 for Deegan, a lot of them are past their prime, for what it's worth...
Can you interpolate if Deegan was on the faster Honda instead of Yamaha?
Great stats. Thanks for putting these together. Curious to see if the brain dead here can comprehend that his strength of competition is unprecedented.
kitchen has fewer points at this stage of the series as the points leader than in any previous season. Except one…..Cole Davies just won an sx title a year before deegs and about to win mx title a year before deegs in 250 class. My point is the 250 class made him look like a phenom when he really isn’t. Calling it now, yalls boy will not win anymore mx or sx titles. (MAYBE smx)
Deegan and Jetts girlfriend both have the same amount of 450 wins, let that sink in
The Deegan non-fans are the actual bed bugs that ruin threads.
Another example of how stats leave out a lot of detail.
James should get extra points for having to battle Ricky. Even managed to get a moto win and overall off of him.
100%...sometimes the same person with multiple user names...
And there he is the thread killer with 3 names......
So after all that people realise that the Lawrences are incredibly good. Jett Lawrence, as I've said a million times, is the greatest rider the sport has ever seen. I note the Donger fans have now moved from their varioius copes to 'he's doing really well because he's up against the Lawrences'. It wasn't long ago they were discounting them.
16 starts - zero wins. Time for Donger to hang out with his girlfriend Jake 'Broken Jaw' Paul and play ganstas...and try on some make-up...
Explain how he’s the greatest rider ever and is gonna get beat by his own brother. That don’t pan out there Puppy Boy. 🐶
Pit Row
i forgot to add he's making progress though.....
you dangerboyz will grasp onto any straw.....how's that helping him now?
You're aware he has a major injury right? And you understand he'd be better if this wasn't the case?
Also, have a look at his stats.
And watch him ride.
Lol Don calling people emotional.
Haha. The last resort for Lips Deegan: 'making progress, learning week to week, it's a learning season'...
It’s motocross and everyone has injuries, also his stats are impressive I’ll give you that, but he isn’t the best to ever do it. Yet…
Another thread gone to shit by the usual suspects....
Crazy a 75% Jett drops the cocky rip kid twice in one moto. Imagine a healthy jett
well, he's never lost a series he's started and completed; he went 22-0 his rookie 450 season; he's won the MXDN; he's highest paid MXr ever; Industry experts say he's the best. his brother may win the title this season, he may not. Your rider (insert here) will not.....
i think that's what this thread is about for you bedbugs.....stats to cope
“Of all time” does not relate to this year partner. That is a lofty moniker for a guy still racing. If you remove Jett’s nuts from your eyes, you can see in my last post I said his stats are impressive. Ricky Carmichael has 2 perfect seasons, and is a 15 time champion. Talk to me when Jett evens the score. Also, I am no Deegan fan.
easy, why so angry? you asked for an explanation so i gave you one. obviously you don't agree and that's ok. i hope you're not one of those guys who talk tough behind a keyboard, but run at the first sign of trouble.....partner
