26 years since ive made it here. Half the dickheads here motivated me to "work harder and qualify instead of bitching about ex pros" lol. I freakin did it. Im running #26. Practice was a blast. My daughter (11) loved redferrin last night. We just got back from the creek, her and i. This trip hasnt been without challenges. Left home (Ohio) on Friday with plans on checking into a motel in Nashville at 6 and taking my daughter in to town to see it and hit Laineys restaurant. Got to hotel and computers were down and they wouldn't let us check in. 2 hours later we found one but it was too late to go in to town with an 11 year old. Wake up Saturday and my wifes phone rings and her mother infoms her that my father inlaw has taken a harsh turn (while on hospice) and she needed to come home. We were all sad and panicked and started searching for flights. Nothing. Ended up taking her to the airport to rent a truck and off she went. She wouldn't let me turn around n skip this. She was able to get home before he was completely sedated and able to say her goodbyes. Shes flying back down Tuesday afternoon. With practice going well and good weather in store were gonna get by and try to enjoy it because that's exactly what my FIL would insist we do.

When i raced here 26 years ago, I came to win. Ended up 2-17-5 for 8th. It was very stressful. This time, im here to have fun with my family. Execute a start, ride my pace, and ill be very happy if im inside the top 20. When Andrew laps me, hopefully its at the finish and ill wave to all the haters on Flo.

I didn't see that.. Saw him on track in +30 sPoRtSmAn tho (which is NOT a b/c class at all). He has the sickest bike on the whole ranch tho.

Anyone Know what happened to Christian Humphrey in the 125 practice? Should be a podium guy, was last in the practice with one lap completed.

30+ and 45+ are open to anyone who didn't score pro points.  They're almost all A riders.  It isn't B\C.  That was over 10 years ago

Who are the hottest prospects in Superminis?

Louisianas own Easton Graves is probably the favorite. Vick is also another favorite.

Good friend’s step grandson is riding both 85 classes this year.  He’s on Monster Energy Kawasaki and at the bottom of the age group, but should run top 5.

Give Jett Rau a cheer if you see him!
