I don't know if it's going to be a mudder or not, I hope it isn't!

We all know how quickly you can go from the top of the world, to total frustration. (Cole Seely - LA -> Oakland)
We're all hoping Trey Canard doesn't have to deal with the same bad luck.

James Stewart will be desperate to win, but with a bad start will James go into panic mode or work his way up onto the podium. I don't think Ryan Villopoto was "off" or "dealing with pressure" in Houston, I think he was smart enough to relize that he could very easily throw away more points than he could gain. Ryan Dungey looked better in Houston than previous rounds, but not enough to beat Ryan Villopoto or James Stewart straight up. Chad Reed always does well in San Diego though, and can find that spark with a good start.
My prediction:
1. James Stewart
2. Ryan Villopoto
3. Chad Reed
4. Ryan Dungey
5. Trey Canard

Lites, well Hansens hand probably isn't feeling that much better, and Tickle didn't have that "fire" in him in Anaheim Two. Cole Seely got 2nd in San Diego last year and probably wants to start off the break with some motivation for the last 3. San Diego might be Ken Roczens last supercross appearance of 2011 as well. Eli Tomac is eager to win as well.
My prediction:
1. Eli Tomac
2. Josh Hansen
3. Kyle Cunningham
4. Broc Tickle
5. Cole Seely

50-60% chance of rain....
More then likely it will be a wet one.

Lites Class

1: Hanny is not to shabby in the mud,he did well down under in mud races.
2: Roczen may be good in the mud.
3: Morais is due for a podium.
4: Tickle
5: Tomac

SX Class

1: Stewart (will be on fire wanting to make up points rain or shine)
2: Windham (is a good mud rider)
3: Reed (he killed it at Daytona in the mud til his bike blew up)
4: RV
5: Dungey

I predict at least 15 more DDavis threads about his thoughts about the race and how it affects DDavis before practice even starts.

I predict Reed won't like the track before the race but given his results it could go either way after the race.

Looking at his past, usually after a bad week like last week for James, it seems he usuallly bitch slaps the hell out of himself and goes on a winning streak. So.........
James
Dungey
Villo

250's
Tomac
Tickle
Seeley
(if it's a mudder, I think Hansen will have a tough time hanging onto the bike)

I think Stewy has a LOT of pressure to deal with right now, and if its muddy I think he will make a LOT of mistakes.

I would love to see the podium look like this:

K Dub
Reed
Dungey

Prolly not gonna happen, but a guy can hope !!

1. Reed , Seems to love that place SD and has some really solid results there
2. JS always bounces back from a poor result
3. RD has found his groove and is on fire
4. TC due to his new confidence just needs to get his starts down
5. RV wet track worries me with RV tends to push it a little hard but that's what i like about his riding

Lite
1. Roczen kid deserves it
2. Tickle another one that has worked his but off and deserves it
3.Hansen riding great but i would rather see the other 2 ahead of him

Looks good to me. As for Vince; I guess we can make him an honorary Australian for the day.

Unfortunately, there appear to be no Aussies in the Lites. No, wait...Josh Hansen; he's an Aussie now - if you win an Australian Championship you also win Australian Citizenship (How luck is that!). And Scott Champion; he's at least half Australian - his better half, that is.

Go Australia!

Bro, I have been on vicodin, prescription ibuprofen since last Wed, a root canal & two build ups for my crowns. Tell your kids to floss, I didnt listen and although I flush and brush every day I am paying for my child hood mistakes now.

Then Thursday while trying to rip down a curtain rod I dislocated my shoulder, like pulled the humerous out of the shoulder, worst pain ever and I have broken a lot of bones, nothing compares to this. So I get dilaudid, sedated arm put back in, some other shit to mellow me out since I was barking orders at the nurses to PUT MY DAMN ARM BACK IN!!!!! & have been jacked up on the dilaudid since!! Good stuff, they said not to mix it with the vicodin, but thats only cause they don't want feeling that good! So to answer your question, yes, yes I do wanna get high

No, Ryan Marmont is back in Australia. Regrettably!

I believe Dan Reardon, whose name is shown on the Pre-Entry List for the San Diego SX (typo?), is heading back to Australia. Don't know why he didn't compete in Houston last weekend.
