i was going to be quiet about this, but you know what... i got fucked over royaly by a certain mortgage broker that happens to frequent this board. premixjunky.

i wanted a new house, i had a duplex. so i call premix as i figured i'd get the straight scoop because my credit wasn't stellar.

he says no problem i can get you in a house with no money down. he runs my credit and my wifes... says he can get me in around 7.5 to 8.5%. he said i should go for it. i make an offer on a house and it's accepted.

now he tells me i need to put 10% down, after i have already written the contract. i have to refinance my duplex now, even though he said i can buy this new house with no money down.

i refinance the duplex. it cost me $9000 to refiance, about $3600 went into premixjunky's pocket. i was at 6.75%, now i'm at 9% it will balloon up too 12% in a couple of months. he said just sell it before it does that.

so i have the money to put down on the new house and a closing date was set BY PREMIX JUNKY. my wife and i and the seller show up at the closing. the stupid fucker premix junky didn't get his paperwork in order... even though i had been in constant contact with him almost everyday... and he guarnteed me i would be ready to close.

we didn't close that day... and he couldn't be reached of course. I HAD TO PAY THE HOMEOWNERS MORTGAGE FOR THAT MONTH NOW! another $1400 out of my pocket.

fianlly get a hold of premixjunky.. he says he is still working on it. after 3 weeks from the original closing date set by premix junky he still is giving me bullshit that he'll be ready tommorrow, tommorrow, tommorrow.

i said fuck it, went to another broker... closed within two weeks with a fixed rate mortgage.

this is whats wrong with the housing market, fucking crooks like PREMIX JUNKY. the way i see it PREMIX JUNKY owes me $5000.

you going to reimburse me for your fuckups PREMIX JUNKY?
