They always rush these guys into sx with minimal time, while moving to new country, new team, etc etc etc.
Let them practice sx calmly and get 3x the practice reps in, and then around march switch the focus to moto prep, hit some Loretta qualifiers to get gate drops and rougher tracks , and come out fully fit for outdoors.
Instead they run them through sx with minimal prep, they crash, they get hurt, it wrecks both their sx and Mx seasons, and then they spend time digging back out.
Just like Jett moving to 450s for outdoors, let the euros move to America outdoors.

Issue with local council for one. The last one nearly didnt happen at the 11th hour.
I will say that Foxhill looks busy , just like Ernee, because its an amount of people crammed into a small space, finding anywhere to sit and watch was very difficult, unless you were up at the gate waiting when it opened. We spent saturday next to the finish line and it was hard work sat on the floor, At Matterly you can set up anywhere and see 90% of the track.
But Foxhill has atmosphere, and crowd reactions that you can hear which Matterley doesnt.
Be interesting to see if we go there for a British in 2027.
Good to see the points tighten up in both classes, but it’ll suck if Lucas is out for any length of time and/ or if Sacha doesn’t get straight back up to speed.
Agreed, but wont begrudge JH84 another title after how many he has had slip through his fingers.
If Lucas is back next week, i will be surprised, but now they are both level , so to speak, with non scores, its a different series.
And great news that Jonass is Ok, a friend was on that point and said it didnt look great to start with, the track was like concrete at that point.
Will be listening to post race interviews to see how the riders feel about the track, it was way better than i expected, but i didnt get all the way round it to see everything.

This just some constructive criticism
was a nightmare trying to get down onto the hills, the row of chairs at the top was blocking any route down or out, they need to put access points in every 10m or so on top of the hill, nothing big, just 2m wide
How did people get on with getting out the carpark?
I was 2nd to last row to the exit and left the race just before the end, and it took 30/40 mins to get out, it all started of considerate, then around 10 lanes of traffic going into 1 point, then it was for every man for himself, poor girl collecting donations on exit, almost had her feet run over by some impatient prick that though he was important than anyone else.im not sure if there was more than 1main exit, but a bit of traffic management wouldn't go a miss
I wouldn't begrudge Herlings either. He's had more than his fair share of injuries screwing up potential championships, but I wouldn't be surprised if Lucas is as right as rain by next week. Either way it's going to be an interesting end to the season.
I hope Lucas is back 100% next week, but how would that be possible when he could not even ride yesterday? BIG advantage for Herlings right now. But he has earned it and is riding great.
Coenen couldn’t finish a race let alone stand on that left leg, it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s done an ACL.
Lucas:

I don't think so, according to this - which is what I originally thought it might be as when he got up after he crashed it seemed like he had pain in his stomach.

I can see that happening because there are only a small number of circuits that could host it comfortably. Hence going back to Ernee so frequently.
As mad as it sounds, I think Foxhill is now too small if it was to be considered, although there are other areas for spectators that could be opened up. I noticed some fans had gone beyond the fence to the right of jump before the finish on Sunday,

With the end of the valley hills effectively closed off now, there is only half the room for people that their used to be.
Stands on the flat tops either side and at the ends would make a massive difference.

Herlings uunderstood that sometimes to win championship you need to be smart and not take extra risks. Seasons are long,every year somebody gets injuried. That's what Cairoly said about Herlings in podcast some time ago....
