emx 125 moto 2 was quite cool and wild! Great to see Townley near the front also

Every time I watch this EMX 125 class, or even the 125 class in the British championship, I'm left even more confused that the AMA pro nationals haven't followed suit yet. 

Great racing for spectators, a perfect introduction to professional tracks and formats for youngsters, perfect development that forces riders to maintain their momentum and use proper technique, and way safer than jumping straight from 85s/superminis to rocket ship 250s. And all with the added benefit of 125s sounding better than any 4 stroke ever will 

Don't lookto bad in the flesh ( from where eiam sitting, so far)  and track guys have been flattening out between sessions 

Is it beginning to look a bit one lined/hard to pass, or was that just the 125s not being able to put drag each other on the hills killing their mometum ?

Can you imagine the mxgp class and the ama 450 class on 125s with stock engines, only suspension mods allowed. The racing would be insane. Give them all spec engines, can use their own team chassis. (Would also solve the issues of all the teams not building 125s currently.)

The US amatuer system is a mess and I really don't know why they are not doing anything to fix it.

those hills look steep even on TV. Thats rarely the case
