Who doesn't love a good sunset? There's something about watching the sun go down, ending the day as it goes into night that i've always enjoyed. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Maybe I'm biased, but Arizona has some of the best I've ever seen. Here's a sample of a few and also from my childhood home in Eagle Rock overlooking the city of Glendale, as well as Pismo Beach.

And this is the bike that gets me there.....๐Ÿ˜Ž

Hope you enjoyed the pics, show me what you got. ๐Ÿ™‚

Some of those are unbelievably beautiful. My favorite is the one 8th from the top.

The wildfire smoke from Canada and out west has made for some interesting colors in the sky. But its been too thick for a good sunset.  I was out in the trails around 230 today and it felt like it was the middle of the night, no birds chirping or making noise. And mt trails are normally full of birds. It sounds like one of those videos on Youtube of nature that people relax to. But today there was only a baby bird peeping here and there.

My Dad has gotten some amazing Sunset photos , and it was his favorite thing to get photos of. Even when the settings were not as amazing, the sunsets always made up for it.  I have  a ton of them.  Some really amazing ones he took of a reservoir with hills behind it. And some from trips we took. Those are harder to find though since they are not named . only numbered.  Maybe someday I can sort them and rename them so they are easy to search.

There is one that he always used to joke about it being " Gods Erection"  It was the reflection in the window of a church of the sunset that looked  like his description and he thought it was so funny.  Makes me laugh thinking about how he would show people and tell them about it.  He would have loved the other photos in this thread!

One of the best things in life is a beautiful sunset or sunrise.

We have taken a temporary break in the action from sunsets in the northeast . Terrific looking sunsets posted so far.

Understand that, that is a star in a unimaginable amount of space just the right distance to provide life to us on a rock in the middle of nowhere.  Pretty awsome.

Yes sirโ€ฆ. A little further away and we are frozen. A little closer and weโ€™re BBQโ€™d. Who did thatโ€ฆ..it certainly didnโ€™t happen by chance.๐Ÿ˜Ž
