I remember as a kid, going into music stores and, thinking how cool the album covers were. The art, the musicians. Way different back then compared to, everything being downloaded from our phones or, computers.
What were some of your memorable covers that you thought were cool?
Here’s the first 3 I ever bought.

A favorite as a kid.

Not the greatest cover, but the Alice in Chains Jar of Flies CD case that had the plastic flies in the spine was really cool. I had one of these special edition cases at one time. No idea what happened to it.

Big double thumbs up for Herb Alpert.
Reminds me of growing up in San Diego.
Yes, always had some of the coolest album covers...
“Killers”, hands down. That rendition of Eddie launched both the band and a globally recognized mascot. Plus it’s just badass! Shout out to Derek Riggs.
Fun fact: NOTB cover art was originally commissioned for the singles release of “Purgatory”.
I love me some Paul D’ianno, but damn!

Absolutely the best l album cover I can recall.
My uncles band, Three Ring Circus had an opportunity to open for Pennywise. They met at a bar in Hermosa Beach, Ca. Unfortunately, the bassist got busted with a couple hundred pounds of weed so, there went that lol.

( My uncle, Rick up on the wall)
Three core skater punks + Rick from accounting! The mullet is all killer, no filler.
Surfers lol. But, you got the other part right 😂
