I’ve already stated all firearm laws are unconstitutional. Our government would never get away with the shit that the Australian government pulled.

Again, I go back to temporary safety and liberty. Those who are  scared and would give up liberty don’t deserve it.

Junior, I really don’t expect you to understand this either, but an armed man is a citizen, an unarmed man is a servant.

The second amendment has nothing to do with hunting or home defense. It is about allowing the citizenry to defend themselves and overthrow a tyrannical government.

If I want to put a Phalanx cannon in my front yard, that’s my prerogative.

Your problem is you lump all people who think different than you as one mind set. That's not the case. Can a 5 year old go into a gun store and buy a gun? So your argument is that the 5 year old's rights were violated? So you're OK with a person strung out on meth going into a gun store and buying a gun and ammo, with no ability to think rational. That's OK with you? Did your gun rights get taken away? Me thinks "yes"

A  five year old is not a citizen. You should know better than this, they can’t use their citizen rights until they turn 18 years old.

I’m not lumping any one in to a mindset. Liberty and Safety isn’t hard to understand. You don’t think some of these people should have firearms for your safety. And again, if you would deny essential liberty for temporary safety, you deserve neither.

I’m sorry that pointing out the fallacy of this makes you upset.

Exactly how many of the benefits of citizenship can a  five year old use? Can they vote?

You know exactly what I’m trying to say, and you’re grasping at straws . Nice try little guy. I’m sorry that I’m pointing that your opinion is formed out of fear and cowardice.

They were your words. I did not change them. And yes, a 5 year old does have rights. So again, you may want to sit this one out. But it's starting to sound like sour grapes that your right to own a gun got taken away.

Thanks for playing, but my firearm rights are intact. I vote in every election. Only thing I have ever been convicted of is a class B misdemeanor, that ain’t shit.

My only offense is punching people in the fucking mouth that deserve it.

No Sour Grapes. Every single last firearm prohibition is unconstitutional. “Shall Not Be Infringed”.

Infringed= It means to actively break, violate, or encroach upon a law, rule, agreement, or someone's fundamental rights.

Each and every single last firearm prohibition is Unconstitutional.

Yeah, NO. IF the court has allowed us to take away that right of a felon, now it's just an issue of where the line is. And drug addict homeless people are definitely on the NO side.

I look at the constitution like the Bible, either you believe all of it or you don’t believe in any of it. You can’t pick and choose which parts you like and dislike.

Just because we have allowed the courts to violate our constitutional rights, doesn’t make it right.

Actually, you do pick and choose which parts you like and dislike. We all do.

What we can’t do is expect our own interpretation of the words of the Constitution to always be the established and enforceable interpretation that laws are written and enforced to fit within.

The Second Amendment is a great example. Almost everyone I know who is a Second Amendment supporter completely ignores the opening 13 words of the Amendment, or at the very least deems them unimportant and/or irrelevant. They choose to believe that the only words that ‘count’ begin with the 14th word…..

I’m glad that the courts have generally decided that the right to bear arms is an individual rather than a group right, but I have to admit that the actual wording leaves some room for debate for both sides of the argument.

Saying ‘I don’t agree with all things Trump’ is such a cucked take. Take your head out the sand mate or just don’t bother. if you are actually interested in taking said head out of said sand understanding the ongoing depth of the on going corruption…

You could say the same about most pedophiles, rapists and murderers… And Hitler did some decent paintings… Epstein helped finance some businesses… Harvey Weinstein helped champion some great film makers….

But the good doesn’t matter when the bad is that bad…  and in trumps case it is that bad.
