Best spokes for DID rims?

Im trying to put a set of DID dirt stars or DID STX rims on my stock hubs, but am not sure what type of spokes to get for them. BTO says use stock spokes, and thats fine, but my stock spoke nipples seemed to round off very quickly and I dont want to spend $250 or so on stock spokes if I dont have to.

Ive seen a brand called Buchanan, but have heard that I would need to drill out my stock hub spoke holes to fit them. Wouldnt be a huge deal because I work in a machine shop but if I can avoid doing that it would be nice.

Can excel spline spokes work with DID rims?

Bulldog Spokes - I can get you those for 90 bucks per set. That's silver with Silver nipples. If you want to add color to either the spokes or the nipples add 25 per whichever per set.

Honda doesn't make spokes. They outsource this to a company who does. OEM spokes aren't stronger than Bulldogs I assure you.

Oversize HD spokes from Buchanan Spoke and Wheel. You will have to drill the hub spoke holes to a slightly larger size

I can get spokes from Buchanan as well if you're interested. They're 84.95 a set per wheel. Let me know.

I used stock Honda spokes with my DID LT-X rims. Heavy duty spokes are just that - HEAVY! And no way in hell am I drilling out my hub...lame.

$65 for Buchanan spokes or $ 40 for Tusk...I know the Tusk are Chinese ,blah blah blah, but weve used them in racing applications with many hours and have got good results. Problem with Buchanan is you have to drill the hoops out as mentioned above.
