Impressive stat! Crazy that he’d easily be the #1 guy on any other team but the current deal they have going on at the HRC 450 program really does seem like the best place for him.

The only person at the moment that could match or beat this record would be Lucas Coenen with his 2nd place and the plan of him racing in the US next year. Everyone else in the 450 class has already been eliminated.

Stolen from We Went Fast:

Never Been Done: Hunter Lawrence is the first rider in premier class history to finish top five in each of his first 25 starts.”

Just goes to show the benefit of getting to practice everyday with the fastest ,smoothest rider of all time, plus when he’s your little brother. 💯👍🏻

While there’s no doubt that helps now, I think it’s more a result of Hunter building off the back of stringing together a few successful years, after years of injury.
Remember Hunter won the 250 class at MXdN way back in 2017, when Jett was still a kid. He’s always had the potential, just that repeat injuries slowed the progression.
You could also argue Jett’s only this good because he grew up chasing his fast older brother, and still gets to practice every day with the next best competitor. Works both ways, and makes for a formidable team, similar to the Coenens.

I think your last sentence highlights an underestimated factor in the Lawrences success - having team members who are truly cooperative and can share knowledge and learn off each other.
