Nice digs to shake off a bit of jet lag.

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Saturday night sunset, Venice.
Not the California one.
Tried a few times to visit the Berenga glass works. Unreal crowd scene.
Maybe tomorrow.
Evening view with Venus and Jupiter.
From this afternoons MTB ride. The waves were big today ! Compare the buildings in the foreground to this wave, knowing the wave is farther away…
Yesterday's sunset on the Mediterranean. Leaving Venice, heading to Croatia.
Visited the, Sokolarski Falconry center.
This guy was the star attraction.
A frikkin owl twice the size of anything we have in north America.
Check out his legs and talons !!
The place was amazing.
They rehab injured birds, either back into the wild, or forever cared for there.
Pretty awesome, owls are my all time favorite animal. 🤙🏻
Walked the, Walls of Dubrovnik, loop.
13th-17th century stonework.
More shots of Dubrovnik Croatia.
Pit Row
Gorgeous!
Thanks for showing us. Hope y'all continue to enjoy it.
JB, I am enjoying your vacation photos... ...thanks for sharing your experience.
How long did you have to wait there to get those photos without tourists?
Venice, this time of year, was a complete crowd scene.
A few of the places we wanted to see would have had us waiting forever to get in.
We had a friend who lived there for a few years, clue us in on the out of the way places to eat. We just walked right in and dined. A bit of a language barrier, but we managed.
Our trip to Croatia has been just the opposite.
We're on a Viking cruise.
Most of the passengers stick close to tourist traps around the port.
The wall hike was probably more than most of them wanted to, or could do.
The architecture has been a visual overload.
Edit:
Jenn and her sister had a trip to Rome, Athens, and Slovenia a few yrs ago.
This is just a continuation of places she wanted to see. I'm just along for the ride.
Spaz decided to have her foal a few weeks early, on my wife’s birthday. Great morning to welcome a little Filly to the family.

Wedge chaos
That's awesome.
Suddenly the old surfer tune, Wipeout, comes to mind.
Montenegro. Our cruise ship is the one tied at the dock.
Cool cable car ride to this viewpoint.
Below is the town of Kotor.
The town of Kotor once had a mouse/rat problem.
They imported lots of cats.
Problem solved.
Now everyone has cats descendants of those cats as pets.
They have a cat museum recalling that time. Paintings, statues, murals, etc...
This was my favorite...
