Will the Coenen brothers with good finishes in Pro MX qualify for the SMX finals ?

That would sure make the SMX finals more interesting.

SMX finals clash with the final two rounds of MXGP so they won’t be there.

Unless they each have a significant lead in the points standings.

They are contracted to race the series.  They won’t be at SMX.

The SMX and MXGP finals are the same weekends in September.

Who developed this schedule for 2 'World Championship Series' schedules ?

This is absolutely Ludicrous!

Any racer outside the top 30 who won a Supercross Main Event or Pro Motocross moto during the regular season also qualifies for a Wild Card entry.

The 450 champ in SMX receives a cool $1 million. While the 250 champion receives $500k.

The Coenen brothers, Jeffery Herlings or Tom Vialle could come over and win a Pro MX Moto one would think and qualify as a Wild card.

The final 3 MXGP rounds are in Turkey, China and Australia, which again is a Ludicrous schedule to end the MXGP schedule.

When the AMA SMX rounds are all in the Continental US.

Could the Coenen brothers, Herlings or Vialle come over and win a Moto and qualify for what would be a life changing amount for mere mortals ?

Something needs to change in 2027 for sure

Ludicrous is an adjective that describes something so obviously absurd, foolish, or unreasonable that it provokes laughter or derision. It applies to scenarios or claims that defy common sense or logic.

No one really cares about the Superdupermotocrosschampionship whatsoever. Just stick to SX and MX, that'll do.

I'm pretty sure ALL the riders care about the Superdupermotocrosschampionship and the large payday it entails.

Money is the ONLY reason they eventually care.

Shorten up the Sx season by 4 races.
Lets the teams have a bit of a life.

I don't like the way mxgp does several things.... but it's certainly not their job to schedule a season around something they aren't affiliated with.
