Looks like they may be moving to Indiana…… 🤦♂️
Hammond is such a BEAUTIFUL location ... 🤢
It should be in Arlington Heights and NO where else. They already own the land. I'll be happy for Indiana though.
I think this is still a Leverage play to get the tax breaks they want in Illinois.
Would be a sad day for the nfl if they moved states.
After the way they treated Urlacher, I moved on.
It’s all about the money. KC Chiefs are moving states after 62 years and will carry on without a glitch I’m sure.

The Chiefs are moving?
A new stadium in a new state is being built and should be ready for 2030 or 31.
So they’re going across the river from Kansas to Missouri?
Missouri to Kansas.
I knew it was from one side of town to the other.
I can't believe it......until its final
I believe its going down to playing HardBall... Arlington Heights is still in Cook County. So they would get thier TAX $$$
Fucking billionairs looking to have taxpayers fund their stadiums so that millionaires can play football and charge $9 for a beer. Fuck you.
LA did it right. You want to move here? Pay for your own shit or stay in St. Louis.
Indiana has offered a billion $ in public funding, and Illinois won't even value the property reasonably when it comes to taxing it. Pretty easy decision IMO.
That’s some cheap beer my friend. In Seattle it’s16 dollars for a 16 ounce can of beer. 1 dollar an ounce!🤦♂️
As much as I would love for them to stay in Chicago. The new stadium is 25 mins away from mi casa. I also work out of Hammond, it’s where my office is. In any case it will just be bringing the area (and me) more money 💰 😎
GO BEARS
I guess that tells how long it's been.
I’m hearing it’s a done deal.
Yeah and lose all the tax money and bussines it generates each year.
I couldnt care less about the bears or football especially the last 10-12 years. But this is a huge loss for us and its gonna come out of our pockets again in the end
This fat fuck and his dei hire mayor have fucked this state so bad its not even funny.
They're determined to run this place into the ground and gove it to the criminals
Pit Row
I agree with you about the taxpayer funding. But it is sounding like the crazy Illinois property taxes is mostly the issue. They'd have to pay upward of $200m/year in property tax if the state doesn't change anything (a tax break is still a tax payer subsidy if everyone else has to pay that rate).
I plead ignorance there. I don't know the details. What I don't like to see is taxpayers funding a stadium for these rich fucks. Tax breaks for corporations is a complicated and sticky subject. IMHO, any company that is willing to put up the capital and start a business that hires the local people, they should not have to pay any taxes for anything.
Hammond Heroes is the word on the street. Pathetic. Just like Indiana and Ohio.
They aren't changing their name.
Correct, no different than the Jet and Giants who play in New Jersey.
I’m aware. Just poking Da Bear. 😁
