Wow! I didn't know Mike Sigety started the wheelie boy ride out phenomenom. Wild to see how much it's progressed.

Via loop holes. None are EPA compliant. Not legal, despite your wet dream fevers.

Okay, but they were legally owned, registered and insured.

Just living my wet dreams with a plated 2 stroke, one day at a time!

I rode a plated '04 GasGas MC250 for like 8 years. 1400 hours later I finally sold it. Stock bottom end. It was a great all around shenanigans bike. 189118921893.png?VersionId=idmpUBblHqTjtUHBjFtcOn1895

Just move to Michigan. I have been riding a plated KTM 200 MXC smoker for years anywhere I want. It makes so many people smile at stop lights.

I've legally owned, registered, and plated dirt bikes myself, but that doesn't change the fact that they're not EPA compliant.  If the EPA decides to go after 2-stroke dirt bikes registered and used on the street like they've done recently with modded diesel trucks, it could get very ugly.  The EPA doesn't mess around and the fines are astronomical - orders of magnitude more severe than the fines associated with any traffic violation. Fines can be anywhere from tens of thousands of dollars to millions, not to mention federal criminal charges.

Oh No. You should sell it and burn all of your paperwork! They might get you!

(TBH. This post is one of the saddest posts I have ever seen on here. Were cooked arent we?)
