Conspiracy theory about track builds

When I saw the St. Louis track for the time in practice I thought this is defitely a Roczen track. Real jumpy, hoppy, not very pass friendly not a speed track. I told my wife that Roczen would def win if he didn’t crash or get knocked down early.

A couple weeks back, can’t remember the race as I type, I thought that the track looked like an Australian track. Dry, dusty, not much grip in turns.

Is it possible that certain style tracks are getting built to suit certain known styles or strengths in riding. I know the track type doesn’t guarentee a win for anyone. Anything can happen.

But it could assist at keeping a championship battle close which is good for fans but HUGE for Feld and broadcasters because they get most of the financial benefit. I seem to remember a certain champion that had whoops problems and the whoops seemed to change quite a bit over the course of a few races.

most of these morons involved with the series couldn’t close an umbrella let alone build tracks to tailor to each of the head cases out there:

I think they take rider and team manager input seriously, whether they follow through or not is another matter.

Would that not determine the seriousness that they take them? It would appear they do not take them seriously from what Managers have been saying

Oh yeah absolutely. The years Webb was Contending for titles on his KTM they would magically knock the whoops down pretty consistently. I feel like certain teams probably have pull like that. I don’t think they go into the build planning for a rider but maybe they alter it or tweak it a little.

I love conspiracy theories about FELD....

Maybe this is how FELD plans to some day own all of Supercross just like they own all of Monster Jam. How are they going to buy all of the teams? Could it be by making some track easier for some riders?

The elite guys are obviously competetive on all types of tracks but a roczen type sx track is slick and hardpack. He grew up racing in those conditions as in germany thats almost every track. He is really good at finding traction where there is little to none. = Glendale

The idea is that could it be reasonable that a mega million dollar corporation could make tweaks in certain areas to influence things in a way that could generate more money and interest? Like we have not seen that at all in sports? While in SX/MX its not likely the outcome can be completely controlled I'm just saying odds can be increased.

While the soil in different parts of the country can vary, and it is not cost effective to spend much time and money mixing it to a certain blend at extremely large quantities, it IS possible. No matter what part of the country. I work in an industry that does this everyday for contractors depending on their needs.

Additionally soil is not the only thing that makes the track... any style/ shape track can be built anywhere from any type soil, that affects riding styles with the equipment itself.
