Wrap it in St Louis, then 450's for Denver and SLC

That'll also keep him from knocking down Cole Davies in the final EW shootout.

Things can change. But he announced months ago he wouldn’t be on a 450 until MX starts regardless of where he is in 250.

I'd bet he'll hint at making a 450SX round when it comes closer but won't go through with it

He will keep teasing 450SX on Youtube. But He has shown that they stick to a plan when they make one.  Likley to have little hints that point to him running a 450 that only create hype. No matter how good he is on a 450. I feel like waiting and doing the outdoors is the way to go. Its more forgiving for his style and I really want to see him stay healthy all season and see how he can do on a 450.

Hopefully Jett is close to 100% and we can see some great battles. Hunter,Jett,Eli and  perhaps Deegan . Hopefully Sexton is back and up to speed on the Kawasaki too and it could be an all-time great year for watching MX.

3 E/W shootouts is 75 points, that's a lot of points lost when he gets taken out by an East rider (Davies seeking a bit of "redemption"?)for inevitably being a dingus. Championship is far from wrapped up yet

why risk his image and hype when he can ride it out for a few more months and keep getting clicks off YouTube headlines around the 450.

How would his fans and industry react if he was to race 450's and doesn't live up to the hype and gets a below avg result. The risk vs reward for his brand isn't worth it.

He will lead on the dimwitted segment of his fanbase by posting teaser videos on YouTube with no actual intent of lining up for a 450 sx.

It's all about the clicks baby!!!  😁

Hunter has been better outdoors and Jett had a pretty bad injury. I had a similar injury at the same age that had complications that made it take over 10 years to be better. Hearlings is a better comparison though. He had a similar injury and likely similar level of effort to get healed to what Jett has done. And its taken him a while to get back to winning.

I'm a big fan of Jett, but I worry that he may not be 100% this year.  If Jett is not 100% he still may be able to win like he has. But its an unknown how hard he's really pushed outdoors while at 100% health and also unknown what level his body will be coming back from this injury.

I would hardly say that Hunter deserves an asterisk by his name  after his SX season so far.

Jett is not only fast but consistent.  Last year except for the moto at Ironman where he hit the gate he never finished a moto off the podium.  And in ‘24 after he bit the dust at Hangtown he still peeled off three straight overall wins until he injured his thumb.  Jett doesn’t have to ride at 100% every race to win the title.

Other than making the fanboys giddy (or the detractors say "I told you so" if it doesn't go well), there's no reason for him to ride SX this year. Why risk injury in a championship he's not even involved in, right before he debuts in a championship that he potentially has a shot at?

Star racing wouldn't be sad to see Deegan brake check Tomac, helping Webb win the title.

That would require getting in front of ET first.

Did he say that before or after he raced WSX on a 450?

Similar to his on track antics, he doesnt want people to predict what he's going to do.

I agree that hes amazing. Im just worried about how this recent injury will inpact him.

Do you remember when Herlings came to the us and pretty much dominated the race he did?  He had a similar injury and it has been tough for him to get back to that level again.

Im not doubting that Jett will still be amazing. I think his style will help him deal with the issues that he may still have from the injury. But its a bigger deal than his acl he cane back from last year.

I destroyed my left foot around his age and had some of the dr.s that work with the red sox and patriots players along with Olympic skiers and other top level athletes. I went through the rehab in the same gym side by side.

I was cleared to ride but i had less movement that made shifting more difficult and landing from jumps was painful. I was just doing it for fun though so perhaps if millions were at stake I could have dealt with the pajn and kept riding.

That was 20ish years ago and there are advances in healing and that stuff so I do hope that Jett is able to recover to the point hes still able to enjoy riding and stay racing at the higjest level for many more years.

After I see a race or two I could totally change my mind. And I hope that he has no lingering issues. Its a major injury to come back from . We may not even know hes not riding as well. He is so amazing .

Why move up and take points away from Hunter and Eli by beating them?  Deegan respects his competition too much for that.

The take outs by Deegan are one thing I hope he changes when he moves up.  I've really enjoyed the super clean style of racing that most of the 450 guys are doing.  The take outs kill the battle and then its a boring runaway.  I am disappointed that Tomac has been more aggressive and not so clean while passing this year with some guys.

I respect the will to win , and I enjoyed rough racing with friends. Slamming each other and bouncing off each other . But I think its less enjoyable to watch when a race is over in a few corners.  The motos with guys going back and forth for 30+2 and finishing right on eachother are much more exciting in my opinion.

If Haiden really wants to show people he's faster  he can ride clean and not push people off the track .  I enjoy watching him ride and see the progress he's made speedwise. But I dislike the takeouts . In my opinion it is what You do when Your not sure You can beat the other guy with just speed. It shows doubt and tells the other guys that he knows they are faster than him . Otherwise why knock them down?
