yea from wht I seen on just a couple highlight clips of all these off season pre season races, I feel Eli goona have the most trouble in the hard pack with his stubbornness on the damn scoop but once series go east he’ll be find , just gotta fine tht happy medium on the west tracks when its slick
edit : as far as chase is concerned, chase is a damn beast but it don’t matter wht bike he’s on , he still goona make the same mistake he always goona make thts goona set him back some which is why he prolly goona be like 3rd or 4th in the pts
I just don't see it. Last year with the Hunter Brothers out and Eli out and Chase on his second year on the KTM, he couldn't get it done against Webb. And not because Webb was faster, but because he keeps making the same mental mistakes he has made since on the Honda. The results will be the same but the color of the bike will be different....

Deegan hasn't proven anything yet on same level as Chase and Eli to deserve being in discussion of front runners with those guys and a few other proven at highest level.
That scoop is not the issue.... Look at his last race in WSX that bike did not want to lean and turn. He had to drive the bike with the throttle(which is very eli) however, the bike couldn't turn down whatsoever. That is a chassis setup issue, and much larger than the scoop. Look back at Chase and the days he was on he was really on, the days he was off? Pretty far off for Chase. Not apples to apples, but I do believe that they have a large headache in front of them that is not sorted yet and will not be sorted until they get more race time under them and different soils.
Each rider has a window that feels good to them on setup, but that does not mean it is within the bikes window setup and compliant. When you see big misses like we saw, it takes time, testing, parts, hours upon hours.
Going to be a fun year! I hope everyone stays healthy and the tracks are better this year. They were and and have been a joke.
What do you get when you put Jett, Hunter, Eli, Chase, Kenny, Plessinger, Mookie, Prado, Anderson, Barcia, Webb, and Cooper together in a race?
You get the simple reality that while all of them probably think they'll at least make the top 5, two of them won't even be in the top 10 when the checkered flag flies.
Brutal.
Chase is going to be a different man on green. All that speed but no weird crashes or front end tucking.
And 3 of those guys don't have a win in the 450 class yet.
RJ has a little of the dog in him too…. Can’t leave him off that list entirely.
Healthy Jett is still the one to beat. I think Eli will give him a few good races. My money is on Jett for title. (But I want Eli to win it!!)
