Hes from the UK. A fast privateer that had flashes of brilliance if i remember correctly.

Rob is his first name.

I think he turned into a test rider/journalist.

This is the thing that most the kids don't understand. Neon happeneded way more in the 90's than it did in the 80's! It's the transitional period b/w the decades that it really came in to fashion, at least in MX. Somehow the media has misconstrued this.

my mistake, i thought with him riding a kawasaki it was an 80s pic (from when he was racing kawis) 90's he was on honda- it was a test pic which explains it. Great rider though

I think that line of Fox gear came out in 1992, so it definitely wasn't in the 1980's
