I recently purchased a 2025 ktm 350 sxf. I have size 11 boots and find the stock shifter position a little too low, but when i move it up 1 notch it seems too high. Does anyone use something different that allows a little more comfort. I can't find a hammerhead shifter for my bike with a +10 tip.

Did they change recently as I have a hammerhead on my 22, so they do make them….or at least they did. But maybe changed in 23 with new engine.

You might check out a shifter called the Revolver. The tip bolts on in different positions, I believe Western Power Sports has them.

I don't think they have changed, I can only find the standard or I found a few with +20mm. I seems like they don't make the +10 anymore

Hammerhead got bought out and is now distributed through Parts Unlimited as Moose Racing shift levers.  I wear size 14 Gaernes, so I had to do some research on this topic...

Someone needs to get their shit together, the customer service, or lack of, is non existent.
I knew the owners brother and had a great deal with them, until a year or so ago and they have really dropped the ball.
I tried finding a +10 or a +15 for my sons bike and nothing online , including EBay and Amazon…

The billet shifters are no longer made and the forged ones are kinda cheap and bend easily.
I have used their brake pedals and billet shifters for many years, I wonder if Parts Unlimited is going to bring back the parts that put them on the map ?

I ordered a +20mm forged Moose lever for my bike through my local dealer.  It was fairly inexpensive and is getting the job done for me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hope that it continues to bring you years of use. I’m glad that KTM shifters are longer than the Japanese brands and don’t require a longer shift tip. I’m a size 12 and have never felt the need to extend them. When I was riding Hondas or Suzukis, it was a mandatory change.

I'm also on a Size 11, SG22/12 boots and I enjoy the Bullet Proof designs shift lever. Better design, slightly different angle and a reinforced spline. It's very slightly longer than stock from an eyeball test off the bike but not an official +X extension. It's survived a full year of east coast enduros', HS and moto's. I do wish they made their billet hard enduro version for 4 strokes though.

Edit: I did forget to mention an important piece that Ametts called out: I am running a -5mm down and -5mm footpegs on the 24 chasis.

I have size 12 or 13 boots and I run down and back pegs for my height and also has the advantage of getting the shifter further away and makes it perfect. But also 20mm is only 3/4" of an inch and if getting under the shifter is a big issue now then 3/4" certainly wont make it too far away.
