I love this bike but I'm 75 and it's too dangerous for me. I'm 5'10" and I had the bike lowered 2 inches a few years ago but I can barely get my heels on the ground. The tires are in good condition. A newly rebuilt carburetor has 10 hours on it. I'm in San Diego County (El Cajon). The heavy duty 2 inch square trailer hitch bike rack pictured in image comes with it or not as you wish. 
“The tires only have about 50 hours on them”. Umm… is that a selling point? I don’t think I’ve ever got more than 30 out of a front and 25 from a rear tire before replacing.

I've ridden the bike around 20 times or less and I'm guessing at 2.5 hours each ride. The tires look great now and it's only been in dirt so I consider it low usage. I'm 75 years old and I'm no professional rider so I don't wear the tires much on my rides.
In 50 hours of riding I have enough tires to sustain a decent sized burn pile for 3-4 days. If anything, I think you’re over estimating the actual time put on the bike when you ride.
