Hell, they can't even get to where the catcher can catch it.

That guy went from the batters box back to home without anyone hitting a fair ball.

He walked, stole a base, then 2 wild pitches moved him home. Crazy.

I believe they changed it to a wild pitch before the game ended

Yeah, this one is about done. Dodgers maybe squeeze out Game 6 with Yamamoto back on the mound. Even then, he just pitched a complete game a few days ago, so who knows if he'll be physically the same. Mentally he seems immovable and I don't see pressure getting to him... It'll come down to physical.

I honestly didn't think the Dodgers would make it past the wild card when playoffs started. Cold bats all Summer with everyone going for the hero swing. We need guys to get on base. Mookie, Freddie, Muncy...

The other problem is the defense is really shaky right now, which is surprising. The Dodgers are usually really tight and you can tell they're a bit out of sorts.

Jays team is straight up better in every aspect currently.

As I was saying... I uhhh, never had a doubt in my mind... And uhhh... Suck it haters?

In all seriousness, what an insane series! At this point it all just felt like a bonus to watch and I'd be happy for whoever won. Love my Dodgers, but still gutted for the Jays. Damn, what a series. I feel privileged to have even watched it, and that I was able to attend Ohtani's big game 4 in the NLCS.

As a Jays fan I’m obviously disappointed but what a series! 74 innings - that’s really incredible. Still a great season for the Jays. And congrats Dodgers!

That was both awesome, and crazy. The jays were a very good team, hard to beat. Back to back. I watched kershaws first game when i was 2 or 3, im 21 now and watched his last. Kershaw is Tomac, but older, and Shohei is Jett, not sure who to compare everyone else to. I even heard some fireworks here, can’t imagine what it’s like in LA right now.

Been a dodgers fan since i was very young, what you said about the dodgers can be said about the blue jays.

What an incredible series to watch.  Wow, it was a war.  So many plays, especially the last two at bats in game 6 and the many in game 7 would determine the championship team.  So many talented players, gritty players, and guys who just stepped up.  I was pulling for the blue jays (proud American here and a Cardinals fan, but the dodgers won last year and it’s been a bit for the blue jays), but in the end, happy for the dodgers, congrats!

So much pain for the Jays, just pure bad luck. the ball getting wedged, IKF being thrown outby one cleat on Smith's toe, Kirk's bat breaking leading to the final double play. Just brutal.

Proud of the team, they took a clearly favoured Dodgers team to the absolute brink and damned near pushed them over it. Yamamoto easily the MVP of the series.

Bad luck sure... But, more like horrendous base running and leaving too many runners stranded.

I feel like the Dodgers experience on this stage helped them quite a bit. Also, a couple epic calls from Dave Roberts (Pages and Rojas). They never got the bats going all series and even the defense looked bad... Until it didn't.
