๐Ÿ˜„ Every site I googled to get specific times for different parts of the country had so many effen ads popping up that I threw in the towel. It was unwatchable. From what I deciphered between ads the west coast should start around 11pm and ramp up the later it gets.

Found this

Sky-gazers worldwide will see a brilliant celestial display this week as the Orionid meteor shower peppers the sky in bright trails of light.

The meteor shower, which is occasionally known to produce fireballs, is set to peak at 8 p.m. ET Monday, according to EarthSky.

The Orionids donโ€™t have a sharp peak, โ€œso if you happen to get clouded out on that night, donโ€™t despair,โ€ said Robert Lunsford, fireball report coordinator for the American Meteor Society. โ€œHead on out the next night, next couple nights even, and youโ€™ll see almost the same activity.โ€

Thanks for taking the time to look the info up. I went to bed before you posted this. Anything celestial always seems to be all over the map on times.
