It rained pretty good here Tuesday am. Tuesday afternoon a new health inspector shut down one of my commercial pools because, …. wait for it, there was too much water in the pool. The water chemistry was OK, the safety signs and warnings were all there, the safety equipment was all there, the pressure gauges were all working, the daily log sheets were filled out, the gates were self closing, and self latching, do not use this pool if you had diarrhea in the last 10 days signs were on the gates. But she closed pool because “the water level was too high”, after it had been raining all morning…. When I retire, I will not miss doing commercial pools one bit.
