I’m good with dirt scooters in my garage for a while. That and my wife would kill me and sell my body parts if I came home with another. If I did I’d have to put it in the living room……..no room in the garage.
Even though I hit the big seven O next March, I still like new bikes. But I have my bikes like I want them and nothing new blows my dress up. I’ll hang on to my 24 six speed Beta 300 RX for as long as I can ride, it’s a Swiss Army knife if there ever was. My 23 Honda 250R with the Luxon triple clamp, pegs moved back and down a tick is pretty good. Couldn’t live on the difference between it and a 26. Same for my green bike. My 24 KX450 is plenty good for this old man and I couldn’t live on the difference between it and a 26.
Yeah a Ducati in the garage would look cool, but for me cool is all that it would be. Same for 26 Beta 450 RX.
With the exception of Yamaha 450, most bikes haven’t changed much. Not the blue bike changes are drastic, other than noise. I understand they want quite the blue bikes down.
So who’s buying, who’s keep what they got. I just don’t see a lot of changes for 26, but I’m not always the most well informed either.
Only thing happening for us is another crf250. Just bought a 25, need a second one so itll be a 26.

I’d like to see a 26 red and white Yamaha YZF in the garage. But I need one like I need a hole in my head. I’m bike poor as it is. I need to flip my mod’d Honda CRF250F trail bike/pit bike I seldom ride, I need some space in my garage.
I love motorcycles. currently have a 24 250xc. 24 300 sx .77 xr 75 original tires ! 08 multistrada 1100s. 04 guzzi stone.08 990 adventure. Getting rotator cuff surgery in November. If successful (knock on wood)I will be getting a 690 enduro and adding some stuff to make it my adventure bike. The 990 is too heavy .Rumors are that they may bring out a 690 adventure model in 26. That would be great.But so far no announcement so not looking good.
