Rd has to prove he is #1 ..i know what some are thinking he earned it. well yes he still had to ride the season out ,,but if you look at the sx season the top 3 racers were hurt.just seem like hes had alot of luck with racers getting hurt and running out of gas ect.then when he has pressure on him he crashes.also he hasnt had to races full pace for the whole race with pressure...another thing hes not a true rookie he raced with that record. He raced minnapolis on a 450 couple years ago..MC was the real rookie that won thoes races.I think that the #1 plate will get very heavy come A1.Before all you guys go nuts hes a great racer ,BUT he just needs to prove he can beat CR/JS/RV when there healthy..
Oh boy.

Dungey earned every title he has.
Let's clarify.
What number did the AMA assign him?
They are racing for what to wear in 2012.
Duingey went up against the top riders in the world at the MXON, and went 1-1. I know there were a lot of racers out in the SX and MX seasons this year, but there were still some fast riders out there, and he showed he can dominate.
I think he will do great in 2011 and many years to come.
I would love to see all four of those healthy and hungry for a whole season along with all the other upcoming talent to the big boy class. Has the potential for some great racing but as we always see, SX season injures a large portion of the front runners. One things for sure, you know Dungey will be ready when the gate drops.
All of these guys have to prove that they can come back with everything they had (or step up with what they had on 250s) and maybe even more.
