I have a very nice set of RE triple clamps for the Yamaha big bikes, 2008 & newer for both the yz250f & yz450f. I also have stems for a YZ250 2 stroke as well so I can swap them out if you want these clamps for your smoker. They are 22mm offset with 54mm top clamp uppers. I already put 2 big titanium bolts in the stock bar mounts & also have some longer steel ones if you want to put spacers in there to raise them up any (5mm-10mm). Price is as follow

If you have a bike with the stock 25mm clamps these are pretty much a must have performance improvement on the cheap. Also significantly lighter than the OEM stuff too & thats even without the titanium hardware! I also have the matching RE link as well for a full setup

Do you have a yz250 stem around for them? Have 49mm showa so doesnt need to have the larger top clamp bore ID.

They're rigid mount, not rubber from the looks, correct? Really enjoying the rubber mounts on some stock 22mm 4 stroke clamps i'm running on my 2 stroke. Concerned about the additional vibration, even with rubber mounts they vibrate compared to a sewing machine 450.
Well sorta ...
What Adrian did with these mounts was to mill a small circle inter the bar mount so a fat o-ring would rest 1/2 way inside it & then you would tighten everything up just to the point where they almost touch so it would not be a "full rigid joint". There is a rubber flat washer on the backside too.
Now to your point on the vibrations from your smoker vs a thumper 450 - a great mod you can do is to get your crankshaft balanced next time you take it apart for service. I'm not talking about the side to side, up & down variations from when you press in a new rod, that's truing it. I'm talking about balancing the rotating mass. This is where you will see holes drilled tin the counter weights to lighten certain areas or plugged with tungsten to add mass. Seriously one of the best mods for a 250 or larger 2 stroke. Not only does it cut down vibrations, it also adds a tiny bit to peak HP & an additional 200-600 rpm of overrev (depending how bad she was out of balance).

So I’ve found you can use that link arm on the older steel frame YZF’s as well so I don’t see why these triples wouldn’t work too. Not sure, but these might be a good mod for my 2005 WRF. I’ve already found some KYB AOS for 100! In decent shape too.
