Jo cracks under championship pressure and doesnt perform until its off of him. I dont think he has enough grit.

Has Jo ever been in championship pressure?  Seems like his seasons usually go sideways early, so he's never in contention late.

I think the only time he has was in SMX and he was and still is the only person to not lay over for Deegan.

I personally feel like Jo knocks himself out of championship contention so early often that he loses drive and ends up in a lull before putting it back together at the end of the season.

Only 1 year?

I think Triumph would have been a great spot for him. They have a good 250 and he would be able to move up to 450 there. Would of been good for both parties.

He starts every season tied for the championship points lead, and that's when he struggles. I think he was primed to break the streak this year before he was attacked by a wayward pit board.

Honda would be foolish to not re-sign him.  Jo is next in line to win the 2026 250SX title (if Deegan is on opposite coast), and 250MX title.  Honda likes the nice-guy image, so Jo’s a good fit.
