you blatantly steal, you try to ram and run over a cop, he does his job and stops you. And its his fault! you were just minding your own business, stealing a truck and motorcycle, they are just kids, and you shot them!!!

We have a situation in our state right now. 2 guys go into a drug store, armed, to rob the place. The owner, has a pistol. You're at gun point now, from guys trying to get drugs, he fires, hits one the other runs. he comes to the front of the store, the one he shot is down but moving, gun still in his hand, owner fires again. The now are trying to charge the owner with murder. Why? well, he didnt have to come up to the front of the store, and the "victim" was supposedly alive and moving when he got shot again.

now, all that being said, I want to point out my major point that everyone down here seems to want to forget or act like its pointless. They came in to commit armed robbery! I dont give a flying rat-fuck WHAT happened after that! You come in at gun point and someone is a better shot, tough shit! Dont do it in the first place and it wont happen!

And thats whats killing me about our country right now. Everyone wants to over look criminals that start the whole mess to begin with! screw the fact they initiated the entire deal, what happens AFTER is now where everyone gets in crap. Innocent victims, put into circumstances they have never dreamed of being in, and its their fault for what happens after someone else puts them into these situations. You initiate a crime, whatever happens after should be moot as far as the person you tried to commit the crime against! period. I dont care about age, race, creed, gender. You start a criminal situation, the victim, i dont care what happens, should be 100% in the clear. The criminal, no, the victim, damn str8.

I don't want to rain on everyone's parade, but this is no different than any other City in the nation. He was shot, because he used the truck to inflect harm on the police officer.

Police are not going to shoot people over auto or bike thief, unless they are endangering the officers or others.

I lost zero sleep over it.
