The press release said the the KTM US factory team will be Short, Alessi (MX only), Musquin and Rozcen (both 250 SX only).

It doesn't say Musquin SX only, just Roczen.
Ah yes, should have read it closer, and I forgot that Musquin was coming for the full year.

Remember how much nicer the world was when Camel sponsored supercross, Winston sponsored the redneck series and they could show people drinking alcohol on TV. Ah... the good ol' days when I used to know (and actually like) my neighbors, Ah-rabs weren't trying to blow us up, gas was $0.90 (and leaded) and a new 250 was $3k. It wasn't that long ago.

Some people need to not stop worrying about this shit and redirect that effort into their kids. If my son went to a SX race and saw team Jagr KTM, I could care less. If he asked me what it was then I'd explain it as an adult beverage and advise of the dangers associated. Quit letting the fucking government 'protect' us and our kids. Enough already!

I cant wait for team Bubble Hash to hit the circuit and bring the world back from insanity.
yea but what if yer 5th grader is already up to a 6 pack a day and wants to hit the harder stuff? then what? Smile

good post...my boy is too busy looking at what's under those sponsor girl tee shirts...not what's printed on them.

Obviously "PC" does not stand for Politically Correct. I too think an overly protective Nanny State mentality is not good for us or for our children. Generally, the people behind the push to "look after us" are well-intentioned, but otherwise misguided, bureaucrats. It's getting increasingly harder for young (and old) Aussie kids to find somewhere to ride - motocross clubs are being forced to close because of one legislation or another and access to bush tracks is almost a thing of the past.

KTM now needs a sponsor like Stoli or Grey Goose. Let Red Bull sponsor the lites team and the vodka guys can have the big boys. Park the trucks next to one another and set up the bar in between them.

They'd have the busiest rigs in the pits.
I'd buy a KTM

There are 3 teams, add to that list JDR motorsports KTM they have confirmed Nathan Ramsey as team Manager PJ Larson as their lites rider, Tye Simmonds on the 350 and ? on the 450, i think it will be Reed. The JDR team are an Australian team, now racing in the US as well.

It's all down to the "Blame game" culture that's got bigger and bigger over the years, can you imagine where we'd be if cigarettes were still onboard? There would be heaps of cash thrown around,It's PC bullshot everywhere

Alessis staying with KTM?
Alessi gets moved to team pickup truck with dad.
He will never do anything in SX and has too much baggage to deal with for MX only.
I would invest in any up and comer rather than him.
I am sure the "Man" will have some say in having him stay on at KTM after his prior experience with "them"

or KTM & Red Bull are neighbors in Europe and it looked like a good match. Just what I thought of when I saw this.
