Honestly, they would probably do the standard testing 2-3 times at the test track and once they do that they would do motos at their seperate homes in FL. Then they'd just be pitted under the same rig at the races, doesn't mean they would have to be buddy-buddy and do everything together.

I think your reliable sources suck...

LB's dislike for Reed seems just as high as Bubba's. Are you familiar with their history, what makes you think it's ven remotely possible?

Not to mention Reed's dslike for Yamaha's, or maybe that was just a carb thing. That's also a reason I think Reed will end up on Honda. He complained allot about bogging from carbs & I think the factory KTM's are still carb.

Yeah. That would be a shocker. I just heard that Chad has a full Australian Car deal going for 2012, so unless he gets a year deal with someone that would be difficult. Who knows? We may not see CR at all if he goes car "practicing" all year to get ready to race 2012.

Is there even a team out there that could afford to pay both JS and CR? My guess would be no...

You're right he's very fond of the '04s. I stand corrected!

There has been talk of Reed trying his hand at Aus V8 Supercars for years...but has anyone ever actually heard how he did in a test?

I think there's a chance Chad uses it as a bargaining chip sometimes. Neither he nor any serious Supercars team would have a clue how he would fare. Probably he'd get up there in time, but would Chad jump into that now, when he's still one of the top guys and can pull a good check in MX?

KTM or Honda is my bet.

Reed's ability to pull the prime time ride offers appears to be at an all time low. Reed and Stewart came together for that "rider's union deal" initially anyway. If that's Reed's best bike and money combo he might be better taking it and re-proving his worth with results. Everything will sort itself out pretty quickly as soon as Dungey and Pourcel announce their deals.
Would you consider RedBull Honda a prime time team?

The rumour i heard last year, and it was part of the reason he went to Kawi had a lot to do with Monster.

He allegedly was signing for Monster Kawi for 2 years.

Monster is the title Sponsor for Super X which also has Chad's name heavily involved for the initial 3 years, this is the last of those 3.

He was going Aussie V8 racing in 2012 in a Monster backed Car....

How much of that is true, fuck knows, but at least believable, apart from Chad and Kawi being together for 2 years. Be interesting to see if Monster will be involved with whatever he gets sorted out.
