What do you guys recommend for suspension settings for a intermediate desert racer who is 5'11" and 170 lbs?

its kinda hard to give suspension tips without a baseline on how you think its working now, if you have any complaints about it, or without watching you ride. How does it feel like its working now?

The front end feels like it has a flat front tire every time I land or hit a braking bump. I am so focused on the front of the bike kicking me around that I am not sure what the back is doing.

I`d make sure the sag on the rear spring is correct first before adjusting the front. On my 06 I had that flat front feel and set the sag at 95mm with with me sitting on the bike. Big difference in stability along with turning quicker. I ride mostly in sand and use S12`s front and rear and that helped quite a bit also.
