I don't think you are correct. The US Marshalls will ultimately enforce Judicial rulings. It's just never had to happen. Yet. No federal law enforcement can be compelled to execute unlawful orders. Including Customs.

The Legislative and Judicial branches can only set budgets, create laws and make rulings, they have not enforcement powers.

You have to re read what I said. No  federal law enforcement is compelled to carry any unlawful orders. It doesn't matter what person they work for. Their duty is to the law and the constitution.

Now if you are saying that all federal law enforcement, including the military, will join together to support a coup, then that is a different thing.

I don't think the foundation of our Republic is that thin. Not even close.

I won't be losing any sleep over it.

"No federal law enforcement is compelled to carry any unlawful orders."

They may not be compelled, but it still happens...

Just because the courts have the authority to order it done, doesn't mean it will be done, they don't have the ability to enforce orders.

Enforcement lies with United States Customs and Border Protection, who are part of United States Department of Homeland Security, who's policies are determined by the Homeland Security Council, which is part of the White House.

The tariffs are an adjustment to get manufacturing back in the US. Ross Perot explained in 1992 what happened to US manufacturing. It’s funny how no one listened back then and now it has wrecked the country. Here’s something recent though

Manufacturing is not ever coming back. Not the widespread no skill high paying jobs you could get right out of high school post WW2. It’s a pipe dream and it’s a political tool to sell to people who reminisce of those days.

Hence the threats of tariffs, to make it in their "best interests" to build it in the USA.

I do know that. Because I know the American consumer. They aren’t going to purchase a 70 dollar shirt that’s 100% made in America instead of the 20 dollar shirt from a different country when the quality is the exact same. Until the consumer shows that they will do so, it’s never going to happen. Demand side economics. Super basic economic stuff everyone should know and understand. Those jobs are long gone. I’m not sure what government media you’re referring to but I’ve never watched a single second of Maddow’s show in my entire life.

But hey, he knows the American consumer.

Business need stability to plan, they can't make long term plans when are on tariffs, then off, then on again, what happens if the next administration changes it again?

For someone who claims they never watch all the msm. Your literal talking points are exactly the bs the media trys to pass off 99% of the time you post something. Maybe you watch alternative media that just parrots their point of what msm says. Idk but you can put your posts right into the YouTube clip of msm all reading the same script.

You’re right I guess technically I don’t 100% know. Maybe we should take a poll among the general population to see if they’re willing to pay substantially more for every day items that are the same quality?

What talking points are from the MSM? You do realize Fox is the most popular MSM station and I doubt I’m parroting what they say.

Lmfao the piece of shit child is mad that a 3 judge panel ruled against him. One appointed by Reagan, one by Obama, and one by HIM. It’s absolutely unreal how many of you here have decided to follow him and believe in him and think he can do no wrong no matter what. Sad. That’s why so many call it a cult. IMG 7909

Yes and still got lapped.

Okay here I’ll extend the olive branch. I’d imagine you, like most of this board, are on the far right of the spectrum politically. I’ll throw out a few of my political opinions I think we agree on and you can tell me from there what I’m right or wrong on.

I think the death penalty should always be an option and never outlawed, to be used in severe cases.

I oppose any confiscation of firearms.

I believe anyone born as a man should never be allowed to compete in a women’s sanctioned sport.

I believe that many of the “protestors” at universities were just blatantly anti-Semitic and when you escalate to the point of saying the things they did and blocking students from attending class, that’s not peaceful protesting and you should be held accountable via the justice system.

I know the media and media personalities want all of us to hate each other. That’s most of what they spew in their shows and their podcasts.
