Got the letter last night.  Is this something can check myself?  Closest dealer is almost 2 hours away.  Hate to go there and he tells me it is fine.  2023 300EX.

Sounds like they have bad rear brakes too? Ryder D lost his on the first lap of Glen Helen’s stopwatch national and went into a fence, BamBam had a few rear brakes issues this year too where they were non existent.

I highly doubt bam and Casey are on braktec. More than likely Brembo as that’s what’s on factory editions also.

They're not on stock brembos either they're on the Factory spec that you can buy as an option on the Ducati

What are factory spec brakes? I've never felt like the action of my brakes were holding me back lol. Then again, I'm slow as fuck. That always must be taken into the equation.

My VIN matches the recall, but I have stock Brembos and not Braktec  on my 2024 TC 125.

If you have Brembo's and some did they are not part of the recall.

I called my local dealer and spoke to the service writer.  She asked for my vin and confirmed I was within the recall.  
She had me send a photo of the bike and the front brake caliper, then confirmed my brake needs replacement.

I re-installed the BrakeTec crap last night and will drop the bike off when they get the parts in about a week.
They said it will be a one day deal.

What years/bikes? I'm off working across the country so I wont be getting a letter soon. I've got a gg 125 and a gg250f. Both are 2023. Just curious is all. Thanks

2023 was a “crossover” year. My 23 mc350 had Braktec. My kids 23 mc250 had Brembo. If you have Brembo on both no worries. If you have Braktec check your VINs
