The kid looked pretty solid at LL and I just read on RacerX he's doing the last three nationals on Rockstar Suzuki. I think he should do well, he's on a good bike and seems to have a good program already.

Top 20?
Top 15?
Top 10?

he is not on a good bike he is on an ok bike. The standard has been set by Geico and Pro Circuit. Team Suzuki bike would be good but that Rockstar Suzuki is not the same equpment as a Geico Honda or Pro CIrcuit Kaw...I like Ian but I see him going top 10 if he is lucky and doesnt have a bad moto....if he were on a PC kawi he'd be 4th-8th

*decent...excuses me. Not taking away from other teams, but he could be on a Honda of Troy or MotoConcepts bike....so getting to ride on Rockstar Suzuki is probably the closest thing to a Gieco or PC bike Trettel is going to get for the last 3 nationals. I dont think they are bad bikes at all.

Im just sayin cuz the bike makes a HUGE difference in that class. You're right the Rockstar/Canidae w.e. Suzuki is not a bad bike but just not on the same level as the top two.

OK, he's a good rider, but not great. No possible way is he getting a top 10. Probably at top 20. He likes to take riders out like Barcia, so beware riders who are anywhere near him on the first corner! lol

The kid rides great and has good speed but there is so many things that can determan how you finish that its hard to say.
I say that if he gets a good start and stays clean he should be able to go top 15.

If Blake stays with Rockstar Energy Suzuki, which will be the Factory 250 team next year, doesn't that then mean he is on a top team?

I just don't understand this, you take CP, Barcia, Canard, Wharton, Wilson, 28, Weimer etc. and put ALL the rest on PC or Geico bikes, NOW, would you ever see any other bike win a race besides Yamaha??????????? ITS NOT THE FREAKIN BIKES!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS THE RIDERS RIDING THEM!

theres a reason all of those riders you listed have those bikes though, they earned them. put the best riders on the best bikes, of course they are going too pull on everyone else out there.

Yes, the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki and GEICO Powersports Honda bikes are very good. But I think that bike won the title last year...

The Rockstar Energy Suzuki guys were swapping Trettel's suspension and goodies onto the 116.

exactly, they are swapping with RM116, not Stroupe...its not the Factory team(Rockstar/canidae Suzuki does not = Makita Suzuki), right now. If they were swapping with Stroupe's bike then you would be right.

The bike Dungey rode to the championship last year had a carb...just like the Rockstar Energy Suzuki bikes this year. The one Stroupe was riding was fuel injected.

The rockstar guys are still riding the 09's?......Geez, Stroupe's bike has been sitting all year you would think maybe they could get ahold of a couple 10's and make a phone call to Suzuki to get some parts and good settings....I mean I know Suzuki's bike sales are down but riding a bike that is almost 2 years old at this point couldn't be helping the current Suzuki 250f's sell.....doesnt make much sense that Suzuki wouldn't want their new bikes represented out on the track when only one rider has a top level 10 and hasn't raced it very much this year aside from a handful of SX's
