I just looked at all the FMF parts for 2022 for slip on mufflers.
045626 PowerCore 4 HEX Slip-On Muffler fits 250, 350, and 450
045627 Q4 Hex Slip-On Muffler fits 250, 350, and 450
045628 Factory 4.1 RCT Slip-On Muffler fits 350 and 450 (might fit 250 also, but not listed)
045629 Factory 4.1 RCT Slip-On Muffler (blue ano) fits 350 and 450 (might fit 250 also, but not listed)
045633 Factory 4.1 RCT Slip-On Muffler (blue ano) listed for 250 only
Interesting. I was always under the impression the 250 and 350 were the same across the board but evidently not so with fmf? I know stock and Akropovic are definitely that way.
From KTM parts look up.

Yes the muffler will work from 250 to 350. I know oem KTM and Yoshimura have the same part number

I bought a fmf powercore 4 that was advertised for 350/450, but fit fine on a 250 stock header, I also bought a megabomb header for a 250 later on and it fit that fine as well. From what I understand is the 250 header is shorter across the board. Supposedly gives better bottom end when used on a 350.
My 2023 MC350F (same generation as a 2022 KTM) came with the baffle in the stock muffler.
I bought a new take-off from a 2023 MC250F and installed it on my 350F.
It fits perfectly and is identical except for the part number and there's no baffle. The core diameter is the same.
I looked at it as a cheap performance mod.
Did you notice any power difference? I am considering doing the same thing. thanks
I never even started the bike before I swapped out the muffler and all the plastic.
It sounds good and with the mods I've done it runs at least as strong as my buddy's 2023 model.
He runs a Twisted Vortex and I run the XPR with the 2018 airboot, trimmed airbox lid, and that muffler.
There's more power there than I need in the 40+ class.
