They will be charging and like Glen Helen they are probably reserved for "industry guys" ....I can see malcolm all over this place already LOL......I want to go but the traffic on a 2 lane road with 10k plus fans has me a little concerned about possibly taking 8 hours to get home from a 2 hour drive.

I think Whitney would've been amzing to bring back as a national stop on the tour... too bad it is dead now.
Tony does a fantastic job, and besides putting up the cash for the National itself, he had to buy the National off Troy I think it was ? Those "other tracks" you talk of didn't front the money like Tony did so you guys could have a National in TX...Tony definitely deserves all the support from you Texans Wink

I love Freestone. I try and race everytime they have an event. Tony has a fantasic facility and for anyone who hasn't been you should definately try and catch a local event.

What happened to Whitney? Did it close? Was it because of the tradgic accident this year?

One hill? Meh.

I hope we see a creative finished product and it turns out well.

Anytime a racing series moves away from its iconic venues it loses some of its cachet. Good reasons or not.

Is this a permanent stop for the Nationals? I realize that they stepped up last minute to hold a race there this year, but I was hoping for a race in the southeast. Will Pala be the replacement for Glen Helen next year?

Freestone is a good national, track's rough and is real motocross. Motocross doesn't need hills to be a good track.

I'm glad im gonna race the amateur national the week before, track looks like alot of fun!! I also hear alot of fast intermediates are gonna show up, damnn.. Gonna be like a real national (but intermediates)
