I'd be surprised if any exist. The '92 ones are really close to the current Yamaha blue, so maybe you could just ask Acerbis if they'll make a batch for you. Can't be that hard for them.

Also, I took that photo you posted.

If I can recall, the 1st year Payton raced the Team Peak sponsored bikes, blue Honda plastic did not exist. Mitch had Troy Lee constantly painting the tanks, fenders, #plates, etc... weekly.

Good luck on this project. The Team Peak / PC bikes are great looking. One last note... I was at Troy's shop last week and he has a McGrath Team Peak bike in there also on the showroom floor, and a ton of Works Kawasaki's too on display.

@Pat327

i´d be surprised too : ) But i learned, don´t give up.... after years for searching i found a Original Brandnew still in the Bag "Peak Pro Circuit 92 Graphics with Seatcover" never believed i find one. Now i have one Smile )

The current Yamaha 2010 Acerbis Blue is more purple than blue ...will no match with the Seatcover.
The Moto-TM Blue is look like the right Blue ....but Acerbis isn´t make any TM Plastics but they can produce the Fenders/Sidepanels if i take 250 Kits. Huh ...

i will call UFO Plastics in Italy.... maybe they can help me.

Oh i hope there isnt a problem to use the pic ? : /
i found it at the "Peak Honda Fans" Facebook Site

Best Regards Rob

Oh no, Blue Plastic exist, 1991 only exist the Rearfender.
In 1992 Acerbis produce the Rearfender and Sidepanels in Blue but only for the Raceteam.
Blue Plastic wasn´t at the Acerbis Catalogs.

Only the Tanks in 1991 was painted, becauce they was red.
In 1992, Honda swiched the Tankcolor from Red to White.

I was in 2008 at Mitchs PC Shop and checked the Plastics at both bikes 91&92... definitively Blue Acerbis Plastics.
Same at the 1991 CR at Troy Lee´s Shop.
Its the needle in a Haystack.....

The Shop

It's no problem to use the picture. I was just surprised to see a photo I took floating around on the internet. Good luck in your search for the plastic! I'd love to have a set of it myself.

You want one Kit?
I ordered 2 hours ago 20 Blue Kits (Rearfender and Sidepanels) at the UFO-Plast distributor Germany .
They asked at Ufo Italy for my wish and the will produce it in the color i want .... but i have to order a minimum of 20 kits. So i tell them, i take 20 .....Delivery date is late August.

Now i have to resell 18 Blue Rearfenders and Sidepanels Smile .... but i think its not the biggest problem. They will fit at CR250 90-91 / CR125 91-92 and CR500 90-today...

The White Parts (Factory USD Numberplate, Radiatorshrouds,Frontfender,Forkguards) are still in Stock and send it today to me, maybe i will have it tomorrow.

If you like, you could ask Ceet to reproduce the Stickerkits/Seatcovers for a limited 20 Kits... because my english isnt very well. Maybe we can make some deals? What you think? Just a idea ; )

Man, I just sold a Peak Pro Circuit kit on ebay to a guy in the UK. It was for 93-97 CR125 or 92-96 CR250. Sold the fenders, shrouds, blue tank, and two seat covers for $400. You may be able to buy one of the seat covers from him. I'll email you his email address. The rear fender, side panels, and tank were blue acerbis plastic, not painted. I replaced the plastic with the 95 team honda stuff. I'm selling the bike on Ebay now:

Peak Freak,

I'm interested in a few sets of the plastic. That's awesome that you got UFO to do it. Let me know.
7/21/2010 8:40am
I got today bad news from the Ufo-Plast Distributor.
Ufo will only do it, if i take 100 pieces because the Plastic/Bike is to old.
20 Pieces only for current Bikes possible....
I canceled the order and will think about it, but 100 is to much.....
The Distributor will make me a good price.... thats a Bull****

Yeah, 100 is too much. Good try, Peak Freak. The only other company I can think of is Polisport, but I don't see '91-'92 CR125 style sideplates or rear fenders listed on their website. Here are some German distributors if you want to give them a try.

I would be up for 2 or 3 sets. I suspect my brother would also take a set. So it sounds like we just need to find a home for about 85 more...... I have a 91 and a 92 125 that would really like to be wearing the Peak look.

Yeah sounds good ..... resell 85 Kits are nothing Wink )

I got today the Prices and they are good but not good enough to order 100 kits.
ill talk tomorrow again with the distributor /Ufo maybe there´s a solution

my first solution is, try to push down the max. to 50 kits.
or second, order the 100 kits they want , but split the Colors to 33-Blue 33-White 34-Red
Because, i think the problem is the "punching die" and not the color.
If you want a custom color of a current bike , the min.order is 20 kits and not 100

i will see

sorry about my bad english, hope you guys understand my written.

Got the Answer from Maier Plastics.

We currently do not make the rear fender for your model. We do not have a
mold.

Sorry we cannot help you out.

Thank you for your interest in Maier Plastics.

No..I'm certain the owner would not be interested in selling the plastics..for that matter I don't think he'd ever sell the bike as Mike Brown started racing out of his shop.

i ordered today 100 "Peak Replica" Blue Rearfenders at Ufo-Plast ( no chance for a lower quantity) , the deliverydate is late September.

The Fenders will fit:

CR125 91-92
CR250 90-92
CR500 91-01

preorders / reservations are welcome.
Maybe i will work with a Forum Member to economize shippings.

Sidepanels are maybe later, its essential how the whole fenderthing are works...

These two are still available from a friend of mine if you are real serious. The 125 is a PC bike with the alloy tank. The 250 is probably the only real PC250. Race by McGrath in four 92 East Coast races. Unrestored, still has AMA tech tags on the frame.

Working on getting the RM engine up and running and it will be good to go. No new pics, the pit bits pic from Houston was pretty good that Guy B shot.

Hey Peak Freak, Check this out...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270616402…
I am selling some of my collection of gear and I have a set of 92 PEAK gear laying around.
I also have a set of 1991 TEAM PEAK graphics still in the original plastic bag. Not a reproduction or reprinted set but the original stickers made by AXO for the team. Interested in the graphics?
