My first thought was that there may have been a monetary agreement reached behind the scenes. The way that the Lawrence’s presented this doesn’t seem like something that they would simply dismiss.

Wasserman "filed" on February 26 in California.
He was a contractor to Wasserman, he came to them with his clients already. He wasn't an employee in that sense.

He had an employment contract with Wasserman, which included an arbitration agreement. I put "filed" in quotations because it's not a traditional lawsuit using the courts, Wasserman initiated arbitration proceedings per the employment agreement.

I typically enjoy Cooksey. Yeah, I get why he's called TMZ and I also see why some dislike him, but I've always felt like he shot it straight, and if he got it wrong he owned it.
And whether Vital likes to admit it or not, his takes FOR THE MOST PART turn out to have some truth behind them.
His claims on Lawrence's dad are not pretty, and if it were me, I'd knock his teeth out. My only hesitation is that he says over and over that "this information is coming out and you'll be stunned" - this is the critical statement. If Cooksey's claims do NOT ever see the light of day and there is no evidence, then he should be summarily black-balled even more than he is now.
But if those claims DO turn out to have evidence, well...........that will be a whole different situation.
The problem is when you say something like that without evidence and say the truth will come out the damage has already been done. His idiot followers will take that and run with it and never actually care about the evidence.

Apparently it was misfiled in federal court and has or will be refiled in a state court. Federal court jurisdiction is tricky and not automatic unless federal law is at issue. A big chunk of law school first year civil procedure is about this and it fries brains.

Uh, since I don't watch his stuff maybe I'm off here, but even based on his click bait thumbnails, I'd say 90%+ of his stuff falls into this category.
