Give me all the crazy rumours of who ends up where. I'm only interested in riders/teams racing the GP's.

GP riders moving to USA or the other way around is interesting as well.

Please don't turn this thread into GP vs AMA.

I'll start...

Acxcording to MXLARGE Ricci Yamaha are being dropped by Yamaha. Maybe the will go out with Ken De Dycker in 2011 on a KTM in MX1.

Jacky Martens continues to work with KTM for two more years. Three riders in MX2 and Roelants is already signed.

Husqvarna will return to the GP's with rider(s) in the MX2-class.

I have no rumours to share, but I wonder what's going to happen to Jeremy Van Horebeek. I don't think CLS Kawasaki will have 3 bikes.. Or is he too old for MX2 already?

He is borned 1989 so he has two more years in MX2. Maybe he'll end up with Husqvarna, they were looking for a top 10 rider. Another option is of course JM KTM but i havent heard any rumours either.

Yep, and that's why I wondered what's going to happen to Van Horebeek.

Van Horebeek to Red Bull KTM. Frossard to Yamaha. Kawasaki wants Herlings so bad, that they are willing to buy out his 3 year contract with KTM.

(It`s` all just rumors)

Musquin leaves to the US of course. Van Horebeek could replace Simpson but Simpson born 1988 still have one year left in MX2 if he wants.

It seems unlikely that Kawasaki could buy out Herlings?? Herlings seems to like learning from Everts and CLS Kawasaki having already signed Anstie and Searle must have used most of their money?

What's the future for Ramon (LS Motors Honda) Rui Goncalves? Seb Pourcel (KTM HDI?)

Gareth Swnaepoel? Will there be a team Aprilia 2011?

Lot's of questions...just as exciting as the racing if you ask me.

I would have thought Pro Circuit would want 3 riders for their GP team to compete with KTM. I think Paulin has resigned with Yamaha..

MX2 will be good again with Herlings,Roczen,Paulin,Van Horebeck on KTM, Osborne, Anstie and Searle... Charlier will be good next year too. I wonder if there will be any good young Americans coming over? Stroupe, Tickle, Travis Baker, Kyle Regal?

Young Brit Scott Elderfield should be on a GP team that guy is so talented.. more so that Anstie in my opinion. In fact the whole PAR Honda team should be doing GPs next season imo.

Rumours are Simpson to factory Kawsaki MX1 or KTM MX1, I think he will so well on the bigger bike.

If Simpson joins Kawasaki that would be Barragan, Boog, Simpson then i guess? Do they want three riders this year as well? ( they certainly need all riders they can get since 2 out of 3 usually are injured)

I agree Shaun will do good in MX1. He doesn't seem suited to ride on the limit and very agressive,

Will KTM have trhree riders next year as well in MX1? With Cairoli and Nagl that would leave one ride available.

Who will ride for Martin Honda? CAS Honda? Any new teams joining the serie? Will all current team continue?

I find it strange that Honda ever since Coppins and Pichon left them never really had a good rider in MX1. Even weirder is they havent't had a top rider in MX2 for decades (Except Musquin before he went to KTM from Honda privateer)

Honda Martin should sign Strijbos, I still believe he has the ability to be World Champion. Regal would be a good fit alongside Albertson too. or maybe BT he was looking at riding for them this year.

CAS Honda should keep Bobreyshev and sign Martin Barr - he is running with Osborne and Nicholls in MX2 without doing GP and runs with Anderson and Sword when he rides a 450 and he is young.

KTM should sign BT as their third rider... Nagl Cairoli and BT would be the dream team!

Aussie Dean Ferris is looking a ride as well he is young and ambitious.

In MX1 there are too many good riders and not enough teams lol I think the factory team shiould all have three riders, it gives more riders a good ride and helps the teams if one gets injured.

Not a big name but because of obvious reasons I'm interested: Any idea where's Harri Kullas (the guy who was attacked by the Red Bull arches at Glen Helen) going to end up? He's had a pretty good rookie year in the MX2 and his deal with Gariboldi Yamaha is up. He's been finishing top ten regularly and is battling with Gautier Paulin for the 10th place in the points.

I never doubted the talent of Strijbos. This year he has proved himself again and raised his stocks after two terrible years.

More american riders would be fun to see. I would like if we got a US rider fast enough to run top 5 consistently.

Bobreyshev is a keeper for all teams, like a De Dycker with better starts. If Barr is as fast as you say he would fit in nice in CAS by being brittish as well.

I admire BT for his riding style, one of the most beatiful out there. I don't think you can fit three so strong individuals into one team (KTM)
I would love to see him in Martin Honda. They deserve some succes but I think he is pretty expensive to hire which always seems to be a bigger problem for Honda than for other teams.

Do you know anything about LS Motors Honda Leok/Guarnieri?

Hopefully there's a bright future ahead of him. Besides Herlings he must be the find of the season consistently runnng top 10.

I wouldn't be too surprised to see him on a KTM next year, maybe even a factory ride.

I wish he was swedish...=)

KTM would be a good fit for him, since he's been riding one since he was on a 50cc.

We can't claim Harri 100%, since he also has an Estonian passport. He was born and raised in Finland, but I think he started racing in Estonia.

I wen't to Uddevalla GP this year and I wish we had that kind of crowd here. Then again, we only have a MX3 gp...

You have the better rider, we have the better event. In our part of Europe we have to settle for one or the other it seems. I hope it works out great for Harri!

Thanks Shenzi. That answered a lot of questions actually. But also made a few new ones pop up =)

The article translated below

Summer is conducive to the announcements of teams and you start to get an idea of the plateau in 2011, although there is still a lot of unknowns to be lifted. A quick look at the eve of the GP Loket ...
Confirming - here a few weeks now - David Philippaerts and Gautier Paulin, Yamaha Monster has been among the first to communicate, but there is still news to come from them. Monster is indeed a very strong team in each category and the next few days we should receive the announcement of the transfer of Steven Frossard at Rinaldi for MX1. A third driver should be aligned in the MX1 class, but it is unclear to what structure. Gariboldi The team just confirmed that Christophe Charlier and Harri Kullas in MX2 next year has in fact refused the offer of Rinaldi which proposed to align a pilot in the MX1 class, which might ultimately be found in Ricci. In Sweden, Illario Ricci had been served with the end of his contract with Yamaha, but he said that Monster and Giuseppe Luongo would have pleaded the cause of Illario. Et qui serait ce pilote MX1 ? And who is this driver MX1? There is much talk Evegeny Bobrysheva, which has an option for 2011 with Cas.

Kawasaki embraye Kawasaki Gears
Surprise Kawasaki team CLS or is completely renewed, while Jeremy Van Horebeek had signed for two seasons. The young Belgian was asked to be released and they are two Britons from the USA who come under the awning Pro Circuit Tommy Searle and Max Anstie. Tommy will play the SX West Coast before coming to the GP, and Max will match him in the league of France. Hopefully it will remain a place for a young French in this team. Pour Valentin Teillet par exemple ? For Valentin Teillet example? In MX1, it is not impossible that a third man is finally aligned alongside Xavier Boog and Jonathan Barragan. Il ya du monde sur le marché ! There are people on the market! In Bud, Gregory Aranda - which took over the training and would love to ride in The Tremblade - still has one year contract and Stephane Dassé we confirmed the next weekend to continue to align two - even three - Kawasaki, without specifying which category. Une bonne nouvelle ! Good news!

Honda sur le long terme Honda long term
Mini revolution in red, Honda unveiled a three-year program and for the first time in many years Roger Harvey budget in hand before it is too late. Paolo Martin signed a contract for three years and align two pilots MX1, as LS which enjoys greater support than in previous years. Steve Ramon could happen in the structure Belgian, alongside David Guarneri has re-signed. The teams lose the case and SRS using red, which could lead to the disappearance of the latter. In case it says it has signed a contract for 2011 with a big sponsor and we are delighted to have no official support since the sponsor would compete with Honda! There will unfortunately be no budget for a program MX2, shame!

KTM et Suzuki en "stand by " KTM and Suzuki in "standby"
With three of its four official drivers signed, it remains a place in the MX2 for KTM. Pour qui ? For whom? Van Horebeek would be in the running, as Joel Roelants we imagine, but still? In our ranks, HDI has confirmed they are still there in 2011, but as with Bud is not known yet how and with what type (s) driver (s). At Suzuki, Desalle should stay in Europe and finally have a new teammate at his side, again, the name Bobrysheva is cited. In principle the MX2 team should change little, but we know that Ken is in high demand Roczen and when in doubt the future of German prodigy thought to be forever associated with yellow. Wait and see ! Wait and see!

À Loket, Pascal haudiquert. At Loket Pascal haudiquert.

Some other MX Euro news

- No Team Holland at the MX des Nations (Herlings, De Reuver etc..) this year in Lakewood.
- Probably no Ken De Dycker at the GP in Brazil. Ken suffers from a shoulder muscle pain and has a daily laser treatment. Also not another American national for him this year but he will ride the Belgian National next weekend + the GP's in Lierop and Ferno.
- No Team Beursfoon Suzuki (Strijbos/De Reuver) in the GP of Brazil.
- No Ivan Petrov and Micha Boy De Waal at the 2010 Junior World Championship in Guegnon, France. They are both injured. Ivan (a Bulgarian) and Micha (from Holland) are the leaders in the 65 and 85 cc European Championship.
