Seems I might be able to use the OEM handlebar holder from a 2020 YZF? As I found in this post. Has anyone tried it?

There are no bar mount risers for the stock bar mounts as it's a cone interface. Anything you do to rise the mount up will mess with the cone compression and/or give you an unsafe condition without enough thread engagement on the nut.
Your best bet is to get the older stock bar mounts like you showed earlier. They're about 4 mm taller than the new ones (height difference from memory, could be slightly different).

I know its daft but my YZF450 is so good I’m just trying subtle changes here & there, like pegs a touch lower and bars a touch higher.
