i would of thought HRC would bump seth(or another rider) to make room for Jo?
maybe at years end as it just make sense to have all four red riders at the same place.

It’s simple. Lawrence’s don’t view Hammaker (someone with less speed and more injuries than Jo) as a threat to Hymas (who they are very close with and view basically as a brother). Jo is Chance’s direct rival. Naturally they will do what they can to prevent Jo from picking up anything from the Lawrence’s or Hymas.
As long as Jo is at HRC with Hymas, they will never race the same Regional Supercross coast, only Pro Motocross will they race one another.
I feel like it’s a matter of comparison/perception if that makes sense. Who’s considered the top guy at HRC, who’s the one winning on their respective coast. Even then, we saw them last summer battle a number of times, Hymas, Jo, Kitchen, Vialle are all in that group of guys battling week in and week out after Deegan. So that’s why I view it as Jo being considered a potential threat to Hymas.
Dog Pound has a lot of riders there. Both Lawrences, Hymas, Hammaker, Wood, Shive and I think a couple others.
Is there bad blood between Jo and the Lawerence bros from back when they were all racing the 250 outdoors and the last race they were messing with Jo?
no disputing that ...but as noted "team players" and jett's friendship(?) with Jo , and all the synergies for the team infrastructure I will never get it!

Dude isn’t that the whole point of threads. Fans of the sport sharing their theories and ideas on the sport. Obviously I’m not gonna have any insider knowledge.
