If I remember correctly it's about 2000 yds for a SX and about 500 for a AX

5500 yards of dirt for the Vegas SX according to Modern Marvels. Go to the 4:20 time mark and listen.

I'd guess that X was at least double the quantity of the average SX track.

At our Arenacross track I had about 260 dump truck loads of about 10 yards each.....so that's about 2600 yards. But over a few years time I brought in a little sand and barkdust to soften it up a little which was about another 250-300 yards. We had a lot of really big jumps in there at one time , and I also had a lot of really big bowl turns as well. I was pretty good at hiding dirt , and finding it when i needed ......it's all in placement.

Are you speaking of the Bridgeport Bluefish?? Connecticut needs a good national MX or
SX. Big fan base.

Holy shit, a supercross at the Yale bowl would be huge.

My neighbor's yard and my yard combined would make a decent MiniMoto venue.

That's two (2) yards.

I think it would take fourteen ( 14) of my neighbor's yards to make an Anaheim.

Plus waterfall.

My neighbors are old;. Buicks, ear-thingies, Sunday-papers, that shnizzle.....

I only saw your track a couple times but that warehouse it was in seemed bigger than a standard floor of an arena. How big was that warehouse Jeff. Had to be at least 60,000 sq ft? No?

No problem SRP33. I remembered seeing it on Mod. Marv. and thought it was a really cool episode.
