It’s crazy some of you expect these guys to come back from gnarly injuries and for them to be the same pace as the guys who’ve been racing the whole time. Forkner had a big crash and brain surgery.  I’m just glad to see the dude put laps in.

Forkner came back from gnarly shit to winning speed immediately every year, that's probably why people thought this way. Based on his injury list it's a surprise he's still even out there.

I don’t know, everyone said the East is stacked, but I think the West top end talent is better. We will see what happens during the East/west showdown.

Funny, that's how I feel watching Max. As a Brit I'd love to see him keep this up, but I feel like he's gunna crash and burn at any minute like we've seen so many times before.

The commentary is nearly all off-track discussion. Almost no coverage of the events on track. It’s almost as if the race is a back drop for racing chat.
