So I guess all these people saying the bike sux was wrong, and me suggesting he had mental issues was not the case either (I'm glad I was wrong). At least I was closer (hmm) to the truth since there was someting wrong with his body at least! Smile



Hopefully he will be back in a month or so!

I'll start by saying I'm a CR fan. My only problem with him is he never just says it was him when he's riding bad. I've never heard him say this person is just flat out riding better than me or I'm riding bad. He never says I feel great and I'm 100% but the guy that beat me had more than me today or for the series. Like when James beat him in 09 sx it was dirty riding or team tactics or this and that. Anytime he's not doing well there's always some kind of underlying problem he hides behind and it's never just his fault. It's either a stomach issue , bike set up, or it's because he hasn't ridden in awhile , or this time Epstien Barr. It's really starting to annoy me as a fan of his.

If this is the case, then you are not a Reed fan or you do not pay attention. Chad has always said they were better or he was off the pace. Start going through old clips or new ones.

Dan, I strongly disagree with you on this one. For the last couple years Chad really tells it like it is. I've heard him many times say a guy was better on the day than him. I think Chad has matured over the years. I respect him a lot.

I never intended to like that Reed fella but the damned guy just won me over the last couple of years with his honesty and hard charging on the bike. Buying an expensive insurance policy on yourself that you'll win the MX championship and go out and do it? Dude, that's legendary.

Nonsense. Reed often says "I rode like crap". It's common for him to rip on himself. Start paying attention, watch some video. Stop spouting the Reed-haters party line.

really explains the inconsistency this year. perform one week , below par the next..

Major props to Chad for "coming out" on this, but , makes me wonder if any team will want to pick him up next year due to the seriousness of this illness.(kawi option aside)
