2025 Honda CRF 450R Service Manual

I had a service manual printed for Honda 2019 CRF250f.  Took for ever and cost 70-80 bucks with shipping,  can’t remember exact.  They didn’t tell me it had to be printed, won’t buy buy another.  Can’t find pretty much find what a guy needs on YouTube. 

Only have a ‘Competition Manual’ PN: 00X61-MKE-X400. Shock nuts listed at 44Nm, ‘cushion connecting rod nut’/front of linkage at 52Nm, front axle bolt at 78Nm, rear axle nut at 128Nm. Went through it twice, no mention of swingarm pivot torque value (unfortunately). Was 88Nm/65ft-lb. last generation, would start there or 10-12% less (if testing) on the new bike as well for a ballpark…

That was privided to me by another VitalMX member. I was in the same boat as you. I can’t believe they do not put this info in the manual anymore. The torque table was always the most referenced page.

You wouldn’t by chance have the pages to replace the water pump mechanical seal? 15 hours and leaking from the weep hole. Not stoked at all to say the least. 
 

I’d like to have a service manual for all my bikes.  With that said anything above what’s in Honda Competition handbook or my KX owners manual it probably more than I’ll willing to get into.  My 24 KX didn’t come with a competition handbook like Honda but the KX owners manual has quite a bit services related info for an owners manual.

Dealerships must have something from the release of the bike for their service depts.

Did anyone have luck finding an available service manual for the 25 yet? Still no luck finding torque specs for the linkage and engine hangers

Holy crap.  I was good buying it for $50 - but then the total ended up being $86.22 after shipping and handling fees (no tax which surprised me).

I had a problem I couldn’t figure out with a 2019 Honda CRF250F trail bike once.  So I ordered a service manual.  With shipping it ended up 70-80 bucks.  After a 2 or 3 weeks I call up where I ordered it, they let me know they had to send it out to get it printed.  Took at least 6 weeks to get it, maybe more.  By the time I got it I’d figured out my problem.

So I needed a service manual for my wife’s Yamaha Wolverine R-Spec SxS.  I ordered a thumb drive service manual for 25 bucks.  It would not allow you to print individual pages.  It’s print the I tire manual or nothing.  Snip it tool works but not the same printing a section you need.  Ya get screwed either way.
