Yes, a 10’ - 13’ crf250r (1.85) rear wheel will work.
The crf250r rear wheel changed in 2014, Crf450r rear wheel (2.15) changed in 2013. You can still use those but need a spacer or offset sprocket.
The following Honda’s have same rear wheel compatibility, just double-check 1.85” vs. 2.15” and 18” vs. 19” sizing…

The spacer works to put the older wheel on the newer bikes..... not the other way around. There were some offset sprockets to offset it further out to also put the older wheel on the newer bikes. But I never saw any sprockets offset to the inside to swap wheels from newer bikes to older bikes.
