Looks like Reed cut the track pretty early, is that ok or not considering the rules and conditions?

I mentioned that first cut in another thread, i thought that one is worse than the others.

I would of liked to have seen what Hansen did in the LCQ that caused him to be DQ'd.

I think that was technically legal.
It was incidental, not intentional
and pro rules do not require the rider to re-enter at the point of exit, but to only re-enter at the next safe opening without gaining a position

Agreed, but later on, he [i:7cmmf4pn]did[/i:7cmmf4pn] gain a position by cutting the track.

I'm pretty sure he'd have been docked, or DQed had he finished.

I'll bet KW was banking on that fact, when he stopped for goggles.

This horse was dead three corners before the finish line.

Just looking at the positions in that clip, how the hell did Marsack get to 3rd from 17th!?!? What an awesome ride, I thought he got a good start and was just able to keep it on 2 wheels!

Simple, primary rules of mud racing, don't fall and keep moving

I assume reed was docked because of the inside cut and pass on kevin, but there were a few more instances of reed taking liberties with the coursemtoo. quire a few.

Still think Reed should have gotten a DNF! Four times outside the blocks and everytime moved up, IMO! I was hoping he would blow up and he did! That's three races he's lost lately!
