Has any one been able to get in touch with Troy Lee Designs? If so, what is the secret? Ive spent countless dollars with them in the past, and looking for helmets for christmas but I have some fit questions that i need answered. Impossible to get someone on the phone over there....

Your best bet is to chat with a dealer or an online retailer. I've had pretty good luck getting questions answered like this at MotoSport. There customer service folks are scattered around the country and they all seem to be riders. Talon on PulpMX works for them.
I would venture to guess any of the reputable online retailers could provide you with guidance. Worth a shot.
Try calling their Laguna Beach retail store direct perhaps?
A google search brings up the location phone number.
Yup, hit up a gear head at Motosport. They sent me 6 helmets for my son to try… I like Dan: Dan.Vazquez@MotoSport.com
Tell him Max sent you if you use them.
Shoot me an email and I'll try and help you out!

I'm in the same boat with FXR. Placed two orders on the 30th. Only communication was the order confirmation email.
i placed a large order on the third and havent heard back. Starting to get a little worried, usually i would get the email that the jerseys have been sent out for lettering by now. I followed their guidelines on order times for the busy season and left plenty of time so i guess well see what happens. good thing the kids are old enough now that its not a big deal if something doesnt get here right on time for christmas
any luck getting in touch with FXR?
Hey Eric, what dealer are you near. Again, Mount Holly is the biggest TLD dealer in NJ. If that dont have it they can get it pretty easily. Plus they're really tight with the local TLD rep. I hear he's awesome!!! 😉😄
They replied back to my web email the next day. I never heard back from the email that I sent the previous week. Took about 2 weeks to get my order. Non custom jersey, just closeout stuff.
I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, 10 days after the order was placed but nothing shipped. She gave me some run around blah blah, as soon as i hung up th phone my jersey miraculously shipped out for lettering. Needless to say, they obviously dropped the ball and for that my order wont arrive for christmas. not happy needless to say.
Ahhhh....Lettering will ALWAYS delay an order. Especially around the holidays and at the beginning of supercross. Sorry that happened dude. From what I know, there is only 1 person in the lettering department doing everything from customer orders like yours to the whole race team. When I ordered my gear for Vintage Trophy in Italy, I out-sourced the jersey lettering. Like I said, hit up Scott at Mount Holly he seems to be able to get results!!!
Yeah at this point it is what it is. What aggravated me was that it took them 10 days just to ship the jerseys out for lettering, and the response i got definitely seemed like they missed the order. Any way, nothing i can do about it. In the future i will definitely keep mount holly in mind for TLD needs, they are less than an hour away from me.
